  Amazing stay. The front desk reception,Dania, was beyond amazing. We were exhausted from a long journey and her assistance and follow thru to ensure we were able to check in early was beyond amazing.. Other hotels have not been this accommodating. The room was impeccable and it was the cleanest room we have stayed in ever. Yes, as others have noted, there are events at times in the adjoining restaurant where it may be heard from your room, but I was able to sleep with no problem. Also it was nice for the hotel to have events that we could participate in. I would highly recommend staying here.

  We stayed here for a few days to celebrate a birthday with a big group — over 30 people, almost 40 — and it was amazing! The hotel was great, the service super friendly, and everything was really well organized. The food was super good too! The rooms were nice and clean, and everyone made us feel very welcome. The only thing that could be a bit better was the breakfast, but overall we had such a great time and would totally come back!

  Nice Location in the Heart of Palma. Rooms to the Patio are quiet loud til the terrace closes. Design, Rooms and the Bar are nice. In Summer a good place to rest im Shadow!

  I spent seven nights at this property and, upon checkout, stopped by the café with a coffee I had just purchased. I was informed that my table would be required in 20 minutes, which was an interesting surprise after a week-long stay. Perhaps a more guest-friendly approach or clearer seating policy would help future guests feel more welcome. That said, the cleanliness throughout the property was excellent.

  Very nice hotel in the center of Palma. Perfect spot for exploring the city on foot. Has a very nice courtyard and rooftop to relax, the lobby restaurant and bar had a live music event while we were there, which was very nice. Keep in mind this is in the middle of the city so the streets can get a bit noisy at times. Staff was very friendly and attentive, many thanks to Camila who was very courteous and caring and took great care of us and any of our requests and made our stay so much more enjoyable!
