  Wonderful. I was so excited with interior and design. I love this style and wibe. Super friendly girls on reception. My heart was stolen by this hotel 😁 The hotel also has heating. We were here in January and it was hot in our room. They also have free access to the spa every day at a nearby hotel. I would also like to thank Olga, the receptionist, for her friendliness and help with all questions.

  I had an unforgettable stay at this exceptionally beautiful hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere, design, and attention to detail made me feel truly special. The rooms are unique and stunning—each one feels like a work of art, combining comfort with style in the most perfect way. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options that exceeded my expectations every morning. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and always willing to help. I especially want to highlight Carlos, who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. His kindness and outstanding service made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience

  I enquired about availability of the terrace for cocktails & was told that whilst they don’t take bookings, the terrace would be open. When I arrived (having spent money on an uber), I was told it was only available to guests. This was not mentioned in the original enquiry & the terrace itself was dead - I had three guests with me. This is really disappointing & I hope it is fed back that the woman on reception was incredibly unfriendly.

  I've been sat trying to think of what to say in this review but I'm struggling because I can't pinpoint one part of my experience staying at the Palma Road hotel that wasn't incredible. Even before I arrived I was contacted to ask if I had any questions, and if I required anything. On arrival I was warmly greeted and personally shown around the hotel. The room I had booked was one of the best I have ever stayed in - the 'deluxe' room comes with a TV in the mirror, an enormous bed, snacks and drinks in the minibar and it was incredibly quiet. The hamman style bathroom was enormous, and well worth the wait to fill the giant tub. The products smelled amazing and there were even more on offer on request. The cocktail bar in the evening had some great choices and the staff were on hand to make some fantastic recommendations for dinner for my friend and I. Breakfast was lovely and more than enough. The whole place smelled divine, to the point of I actually purchased some of the fragrance the hotel uses. Genuinely, genuinely sad to have left and only spent a day here. I hope the staff know they have probably ruined all hotel stays for me from now on. From the hand written note on arrival to the manager's contact details, to the named service - I felt incredibly valued at as a guest. I will absolutely be back soon.

  A wonderful and exquisite hotel in a great location in Palma. From the minute you walk in the door until you leave, the service is incredible and personal. 5 star service. It is such a treat and full experience stay. They truly value your stay and the experience that you have as a customer. The rooms are so cool and unique. There are more amenities in the room than we knew what to do with. The beds are so comfortable. The bar is great and offers cool cocktails as well. Breakfast is superb and delicious, offered in the atrium for a fun and unique atmosphere.
