We really enjoyed this hotel! We chose it mainly because of the affordable price for a couple of days, and we were honestly very lucky. The place is incredibly clean — you can tell the cleaning staff did an amazing job! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d also like to mention the pool: beautiful area, clean water, and absolutely no chlorine smell — it was a pleasure to relax there. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more pleasant. We will definitely come back again — the hotel left only the best impressions!

multiple complex, near the beach and very near Arona Gran huge hotel - an easy landmark to find your way back! We were late arriving - passport nightmare at airport ( nothing working ) but reception sort of still open when we got there - night security - with envelope with key and instructions. we had requested two apartments close to each other when booked (almost a year ago) but that was not facilitated Apartments vary in resources, I had bath but tiny balcony, colleague had smaller lounge, no shower but enormous sunny balcony. Numbers of apartments defy logic but you just have to learn where to go - for example mine was number 10, next door was number 73... Two nearby supermarkets, one spanish and one english several cafes and bars nearby - market tavern particularly good washing and cleaning resources supplied. Towels changed every other day Warning - to rent /access room safe will cost you extra 15 euros for the week renting sunbed is 2.5 euros a day, another 2.5 for parasol and 20 euros for a sort of 4 poster bed type of lounger for a day my bed was hard - no doubles, just twins pushed together spacious. adequate resources for self catering wonderfully comfy settee

Fantastic place that has lots of amenities. Large pool, outdoor jacuzzi, bar and restaurant. Lots of other bars and restaurants nearby. Staff are lovely and very helpful. We're back this year and can't wait! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! The pool area is lovely with sun all day, and there’s a bar/restaurant right by the pool that’s open all day serving food – you can even get a proper English breakfast any time. They also do the best strawberry daiquiri in the area. Apartments are clean and well-kept, making it a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend! Second time staying here.

We found bedbugs and had to evacuate. There was also very loud construction work happening early in the morning every morning which the management lied about. They said there would be no construction over the weekend but there was, they started that machines at 8.30am on a Saturday. We also spent 3 days trying to contact the manager who would not respond. Would not reccomend.
