Had a lovely holiday due to the very friendly and welcoming staff. Betty and Lottie were just fabulous 👌 both brilliant at their jobs...thank you,...you both made our holiday. A mention to Sebastian, I believe he is just new, very pleasant boy as were all the other staff members. Infact the most friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Our room was basic, small, but clean. Lots of steps, not ideal for the less mobile. Great day/night time activities/entertainment. I found the food, lovely and good variety, although more fruit would be nice. Pool area good atmosphere, small area, but always a sunbed available. My only complaint is the public toilets, they don't lock and we're always dirty with no toilet rolls and not many of them. This needs sorted to better the place. Thank you from Karen, Grant and Annielise

We have just had a five night stay here. There are a lot of positives for this place. Its perfectly situated to be a five minute walk from the promenade. 1 minute away from the taxi ranks and 7 minutes from the bus station. On arrival we were met by a very friendly reception team. The directions given took us straight to our room. the communal area was clean and tidy. Our room was very sad, tired and really could do with a bit of a clean. The beds were comfy, bedding was clean. We were in room 150 which was quite far away from the entrance but very close to the restaurant and pool. We booked through easy jet which us probably why we had a very standard room. There are some lovely rooms which get the sun and have an outside area, We did have an outside area but everything was on a slope so couldn't sit at the table. We were right on the roadside and next to the staff entrance where all the bins etc get taken out so could be a bit noisy. We used the bar a couple of times and the beer was served in lovely frozen glasses and charge 3.5 euro which was ok for hotel prices. We had breakfast one morning which was 9 euros per person, although there was a lot of choice the food was not very hot so wouldn't use this facility again. We used the pool on several occasions, life guard was there all the time, pool was heated but still quite chilli but it is February. Entertainment was provided during the day which you could join in if you wanted. Everybody that works there was super friendly and I could see they were trying hard to keep the place nice but it is very tired.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean as was the pool and all the outside area's. Beds very comfortable and shower excellent. WiFi was a bit patchy and some areas/balcony's were a bit shady, which was not so great in winter but probably a bonus in summer time. Bottle of bubbles popped in out room for my birthday was a lovely suprise.

My partner and I spent a week here and got back yesterday. The staff were brilliant and Betty in particular made the days more fun and welcoming with her games by the pool. We thought the food selection was good and the all inclusive was worth the money. The location is perfect as it is right by the beach and the bars. The rooms were clean and there was everything you would need there. Our flight was later on in the day and there was a spot to keep our bags whilst we did the pool games and had some lunch. We had an excellent holiday and really would recommend this as accommodation. The staff on the bar were friendly and prompt and the entertainment was good. I was really impressed and thank them for such a lovely stay.

I came here for 10 nights all inclusive with my boyfriend and had a great time. Lottie and betty who done the entertainment were brilliant! Many activities to do at the pool during the day and entertainment at night. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was a buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can also get snacks throughout the day. The location is great and many shops, restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely come back 😊
