I came to the island for a few days and decided to stay at this hotel, and honestly I liked it so much that I ended up extending my stay for two more days. The staff were really great. My partner speaks English and I speak Spanish, and my English is not the best 😅 so the reception team was kind enough to explain everything in both languages to make sure we felt comfortable and understood. We really appreciated that. We loved the food, the pool area was amazing, and overall everything was just really nice. We would definitely come back!
We had a nice stay at Park Club Europe. The animation team was great! The food often was tasty and offered a great variety with different international cuisines every night and we enjoyed the evening shows. Overall, a good place to relax and have a nice holiday
Rooms are very spacious and clean Only thing letting the room down is no air con only ceiling fans which is unbearable in 25+ heat. It’s cooler outside at night than it is in the rooms. Bar staff some lovely people some not so lovely. Food - the choice of food is VERY limited. Not great. In the main dinning area all the tables are large so if there is only 2 of you you can’t use a table for 6 (smallest tables) waiter came over whilst we was eating and told us to move because this was for a bigger family. I had an egg on my plate. You can imagine how long it would take me to eat that 🙄. But stood next to us telling us to move and go share a table. It was very rude and uncomfortable. On the night we arrived we were told to head over to the bbq restaurant as it closed in 45 minutes when we got to it everyone was cleaning up and no food left. The hotel is ok for 2/3 nights but I wouldn’t have stayed any longer unfortunately due to the heat and some of the staff, it was rather unwelcoming
I got robbed in this hotel. They charge money to use the safe(2 eur/day), so I put my valuables in my backpack. It was only my passport, 100 eur and my Visa card in a small folder in my backpack. The backpack was in the closet. I checked on my valuables every evening. On the third day of my stay, the money was gone. My Visa card was still there but I had to block it immediately. I went to reception to report theft, but the receptionist, Francisco, questioned whether I was telling the truth! He said it’s just my words, and because I didn’t use the safe, the hotel is not responsible. I travel a lot but it’s the first place where I had money stolen. And they charge 2 eur daily for the safe, which is supposed to be free!! Instead of enjoying my evening on vacation, I had to talk to the unfriendly receptionist, the police and finally the manager. I highly NOT recommend leaving any valuables inside your room!! Please take this seriously.
We're going home today after a 1week stay with our friends. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are tidy and all staff very friendly. Food is great and is different each night. The entertainment team are fantastic and never stop throughout the day. We were very happy to find out that along side 2 pools there was an animal area too. They ahve Guinea pigs you can see, Macaws, Ducks, Terrapins, Koi and more. 2minute walk to the beach and to the shops and its not overly busy which was nice. The one and only down side is there is no air con in the room only fans above the bed and in the living room area. Very happy with our stay and we would come again.
