  Contacted the customer service to inform them that I'm travelling with my 40kg, well-behaved dog. While waiting for a reply I continued researching their "pets allowed" policy and found no specific details regarding costs or conditions, so I went ahead and booked. 2 days later I received a generic email detailing several things that were not in the hotel's profile when I was looking for information: 1. They only allow dogs up to 25kg- in their policies it only says "Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable". 2. There is a deposit of 200 Euro that will be returned 7-14 days after inventory, although in the policies it says that "it is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property". This is basically a short-term loan for their gain. 3. The cancellation is free, but they will keep the 1 Euro they deducted to "test my card"- what kind of foolery is this? Luckily I took the more expensive rate to be able to cancel up until 2 days before checking in, but had I not choesen this I would have had the dilemma of not being able to take my dog with me, or cancelling and loosing the 100% of the money. They never replied to my first email, nor the second one explaining the situation. This is a poorly vetted hotel, they should have all the information and conditions clear, visible in their profile to be checked before booking, not in some small-print hidden like a needle in a hay stack in the T&Cs.

  Hidden jewel right on the beach. Very clean spacious apartment. Me and my wife had a mini break here and the facilities that included a pool that had a deep section which we loved. High speed wifi, TV with hdmi and usb connection. Also the manager Andreea was very helpful and her service was excellent. We coming back

  We stayed 9 days at Cala Cristal, a Pierre et Vacances hotel. We received a very warm welcome from Andrea, who cares about the well-being of the property. The property is clean and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing seaside vacation. We will be happy to return and hope to take full advantage of the terrace next year 🙏 Thank you again for your thoughtful gesture of goodwill.
