  We had booked in at the Puro Grand Hotel only to find out that it was fully booked so they upgraded us to their other one round the corner which is the Palacio Can Marqués and it was as if we had died and gone to heaven! Not only did they walk us round but upon arriving there we were looked after in a way that just doesn’t seem to exist so much anymore! It was so personal and attentive and just flawless! The room was absolutely stunning and impeccable and individual! Every room in then palace has its own character!! We didn’t have breakfast there or food so can comment but then it’s so centrally located it seems a shame to not enjoy lovely Palma!

  Wow, this luxury hotel exceeded expectations! Loads of comfy chill spots, including an awesome outside space with stunning Palma views . Spot-on location for exploring Palma - cafes, bars, eats, shops, and culture all nearby. Reception staff were top-notch, especially Davison. Breakfast was a treat, and the staff made sure we were comfy and enjoyed our experience. The whole team made this a very happy birthday - huge thanks to them.

  "Wow" is the only word I have for our experience at Puro Grand Hotel. We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer, and are grateful to have experienced this lovely property. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff treated us with consistent attention and care. The property itself is beautiful - stunning indoor decor, beautiful restaurant and terrace spaces for meals/drinks, and a beautiful bar in the lobby. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and decor was beautiful. The hotel had little touches like notes, concierge, and even the hotel room key holders were fancy. Besides the staff, the location & breakfast were our favorite parts of our stay. The location is right in the center of town, a couple of blocks from the marina, and allowed us to go anywhere we liked easily. The breakfast stuck out as one of the best moments of our trip - made to order along with a buffet. It was a lovely experience, and we will definitely stay again when we visit Palma next. Thank you, Puro Grand!

  What an outstanding hotel. Every aspect of this hotel is elite. Room was amazing. Breakfast 10/10. Loads of choice. Huge portions. Exceptionally well cooked. Staff are 12/10. Special shout out to Natalia on reception. You can create a direct WhatsApp link and they are so kind and organise everything from car hire to taxes. We had a stunning room with small terrace (room 17). You have access to a Hamman and sauna located in another building but literally across the road. You also can access the beach club which is exceptional. Cannot wait to return.

  I never leave reviews for anything, truly, but for this I absolutely had to. My entire stay was wonderful, from the minute I arrived to the minute I left, everything and everyone I interacted with was nothing less than amazing! The room, the ambiance, the food, the drinks, the staff… the level of attention to detail, and even to predict any need I had was incredible; and the location couldn’t have been more centric. I have stayed at other high end hotels, but nothing compares to the service at received at Puro Grand. I wish I had stayed there during my entire visit to Mallorca, that is my only regret. Thank you all for a perfect experience!
