+ The staff is lovely and the location is ideal as everything seemed a 15-20 minute walk away. Sadly no entertainment but because it was so close to everything we just went out and explored. + Our room as refurbished and was in a good condition. + Had a kitchen in the room which made it very easy to have a chill night in where you cook your own meal. They had everything needed in the cupboards. + Great showers with good water pressure. + Pool was clean. There is a lifeguard at all times. + We would recommend getting a massage provided by the hotel. + Cheap. Quite. + Free WiFi. + Reception ring the taxi company for pick ups from the hotel for you if you request one. We also asked for a taxi’s telephone number and they gave us a card with it on. They do not use the dodgy taxi companies. Our taxi trip to the airport was 27 Euros (10 mins). - No air conditioning. We were on the ground floor and with it being very hot, the balcony door and windows are a must to leave open overnight. This didn’t feel the safest. Luckily we didn’t have any issues. - You have to pay to use the safe. - The reason behind the 3 stars is because the apartment lacked a good level of hygiene. The bathroom floors were full of random hairs, specifically around the toilet and in the walk in shower. - 5 days into our holiday I also noticed a red stain (assuming blood) on one of the pillows and what looked like mould. That’s is the biggest reason behind the low rating. - Towels also had random stains on them. - The food in the restaurant which is only open during the day wasn’t very good and was also a little pricy for the quality and amount of food. - Nudity by the pool. This wasn’t a problem for us, however, it may be for parents with young children. I am not sure if nudity is policed by the hotel.

We had a short stay here it was our second time. We stayed on top floor the view was incredible. Snow capped mountains one side and the sea on the other side of the room. The room was nice and really clean all new renovated nice shower. The only issue that the internet does not work on top floor. Also the tv is a new smart tv with youtube app but they removed the wifi setting option and you cannot conect the tv to the internet to use youtube app. So your left with local tv chanels. I think it is a bit of a waste as most people watch youtube not tv. That is a small issue that can be fixed. The reception lady was very friendly we thought she was the friendliest we have seen in a spanish hotel. There was a fat ginger cat downstairs that was friendly and so cute. The pool was nice and heated and clean. Very good location close to siam and close to the beach. Got a good supermarket next door with good coffee. We will book again.

I paid for a premium sea view room, however I was given a room on floor 3 which was more of a pool view than a full sea view. The previous time I stayed here I was given a room on the top floor 8 due to paying a premium which I was more than happy with. The hotel room wasn't peaceful as I couldn't sleep at night due to the bedroom backing onto the car park/main road out the back of the hotel, so I had to sleep on the sofa in the main living area, which wasn't ideal. There was also works going on in the hotel which appear to start before 9am and went on quite late. I appreciate hotel improvements and works but there should be a warning about this before booking the room, or a discount offered for the stay, so again disappointed with this. So as you can appreciate I was very disappointed this time and will probably not stay at the hotel again, due to this. On a positive note - the hotel cleanliness was excellent, the cleaners were all very good and had my room cleaned every other day. The pool and pool area was immaculate and the food and drinks offered at the poolside bar was perfect! Suggestion - If you pay for a sea view, ensure the customer is on one of the top floors ( floor 7 or 8 +) - Floor 3 isn't really acceptable in my opinion and experience whilst staying at the hotel.

Great location, easy walking distance to everything but not too noisy. Rooms are well equipped and very clean, room is serviced every day and beds changed half way through your week , towels changed every other day. Great value for money 😁

If I could give this hotel and the rooms no stars I would! I went with four of my friends for our first girls holiday. We had read the reviews before coming so we saw the good and bad reviews but decided to be optimistic and see if it could live up to the few good reviews it has. We were staying for a week, we had to put down €150 for the room for any damages which is understandable, but you weren’t aloud any balls or pool toys in the pool or you would loose your deposit even tho it is on the room. We went out for dinner on the first night and came back to our hotel rooms and they were infested with cockroaches, the bathroom smelled of sewage the whole time the bath was broken there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and you have to pay €10 to get the tv remote. There was also a curfew of 10pm for being on the balcony’s. Every night we came back there was cockroaches everywhere, but one of the nights just pushed it over the edge. We found them coming out the sink, in all our beds, in the bathroom and on top of our suitcases. We went down and complained and all they did was give us cockroach spray and that was useless !!!!!! This hotel ruined our holiday !!! This hotel is definitely not worth the price we payed for a week, even though it is in a good spot for night life we will never be back and we definitely DO NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!
