  Great hotel, very close to a beach and friendly staff. For my room the beds were comfy and the room was clean and included a kettle, TV and fridge. Entertainment, in the lobby there is a screen displaying what is on and when. This is usually every night and quite busy at the time I went. The pool is cold but it’s fine for a dip if you get too hot sunbathing on one of the many sun beds. Food is good as well. Staff are friendly and happy. (Photo was taken when it was quiet)

  We just came back from a wonderful week here! The room was basic but comfortable, with good AC and a decent shower. The age of the building creates some limitations, such as a small lift. However, the location and the lovely staff more than make up for this. The location is stunning, right on the beach and near the beautiful park. The immediate area was very quiet, especially in late October when many local shops had closed. It was only a 15 minute walk to the town centre though with more options for shops, restaurants, boat trips, etc - and it was a lovely walk along the beautiful coast. Mostly we were very happy staying in the hotel anyway. We enjoyed the buffet for both dinner and breakfast (especially the omelette and pancake bar!) and the hotel bar for lunch, and we were impressed by the variety and the quality of the food. The cocktail menu is great too! Most importantly, every single member of staff was so friendly and welcoming. Even though it was right at the end of the season and things were winding down, they maintained their high standards and especially went all out for Halloween! We were particularly impressed by Dave the entertainer, who managed to strike the difficult balance of being encouraging but not pushy, and did a great job of meeting the different children where they were. We hope we can come and see you all again one day!

  We stayed here for 7 nights, and for a 3 star hotel we were very impressed with what we received. Reception was pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean with maid service everyday except Mondays, the shower was powerful enough and water temperature stayed constant. Beds were clean and comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the nature reserve which was great for watching the storms that we had. Food was substantial and varied with a variety of vegetarian options. Being directly on the beach was amazing although there was lots plastic litter on the beach, which was so disappointing as it ruined the natural beauty. Overall I would recommend this hotel, and the lovely staff that work there.

  Just returned from this hotel after a short 3 night stay. Staff at reception are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is fantastic if you enjoy full fried breakfast's. They also provide a great choice of cereals fresh fruit. Omelette. Pastries particularly enjoyed the natural honey comb to drizzle over your selected choices. Bar staff and waiting staff were very helpful and always attentive to your requirements. Snack bar menu is lovely and the portion size is great value for the cost. Entertainment is provided every night and during the day activities are available for those who want to join in. Any issues are dealt with promptly. Cleaning staff can be heard in the morning and during the day however it shows they are doing things correctly and it was never a issue with patron's staying. Thanks to everyone involved at the hotel for a lovely stay.

  Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great - next to the beach, with bus stop close by if you want to travel on local services or organised tours. Easy to walk to other restuarants on the promenade or if going in the other direction you can walk to an ancient burial site. There are some handy shops close by. The entertainment is great, loved the bingo! Food - the breakfast is filling - oh how I wish I could have pancakes cooked for me every day at home like they have at the pancakes stand! 😋 Had slight issue with air con but was resolved with help from front desk staff. Very attentive and polite bar and serving staff, I cannot fault. Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.
