  Fantastic hotel staff! As a local Charter Yacht business, we’ve had many mutual guests and the team has always been incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. They regularly organized taxis and contacted us directly, making everything smooth for the guests. Truly appreciated thank you!

  This was by far the best hotel I’ve booked in quite some time. The grounds were beautiful, the food was exquisite, and the spa was clean with endless amenities. The staff was unbelievably attentive and helpful. We lost our sunglasses in a cab and they tracked down the driver for us! The hotel is conveniently located for day trips into Palma and Sóller, and located right near the most fabulous port with top notch restaurants! Would highly recommend.

  My family and I stayed here for nearly two months until we found our family home on Mallorca. We’re so grateful! This hotel is perfect, with everything we need within walking distance like schools and shops.

  The location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately the service and most of the staff are disappointing, except for the reception team who were welcoming and attentive. The butler service was extremely poor and I would not recommend it at all. Breakfast was acceptable, but the service was very slow. One of the most concerning issues we noticed was clear discrimination against Arabs, from the breakfast area to the restaurants. Staff seemed to treat non-Arab guests much better, which was very unpleasant. The garden-view rooms were uncomfortable, with many flying insects due to the garden area. Considering the price, I do not recommend this hotel — there are definitely better options available.

  Top notch service all around. Absolutely loving our time here. After a couple of days, you really start to get to know the staff, and everyone has been superb. The butler service is fantastic, the food is fantastic, and the wait staff is fantastic. I’m not sure what that previous review is even from, but no way it’s about this place. I can attest to that.
