Absolutely awful experience. I booked a room at this Tenerife BnB, only to be told after my arrival that they had double-booked it. No apology, no alternative accommodation offered — just a flat-out refusal of my reservation. I was forced to find another room outside of town at a higher price. To make matters worse, when I contacted them to ask for a refund, they completely ignored my messages. I eventually dealt with the matter through my credit card. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other trustworthy and responsive hosts in Tenerife — this is not one of them.

Just for a one-night stay, it's very basic and poorly maintained, not recommended for long stays. It's very central and convenient; be careful, as they're renovating and there's some background noise. Check-in is disorganized; it's unclear what to do.

The price is cheap, the room is simple, and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is super friendly. Very centrally located.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room was full of dampness, mold on the walls and in the bathroom. Dirt. Dust. Bugs. The sheets had other people's hair on them even though they were supposedly washed and changed. Lack of ventilation. Absolutely not recommended for that price. Next time, I'd be better off staying in a hotel.
