Disgusting. The entire building smells of hot sewage and faeces, the kitchen is disgusting mess of trash and dirt, and the staff are vile. I have worked in hostels my entire life and this place was uninhabitable, not to mention a hollow shell of humanity. I left immediately and brought my holiday to an end. Oh, and of course they had a rat attitude to refunding a place that is a clear health and safety breach. Reported to the authorities and good riddance to their business. Avoid.
This hotel was amazing! Everything was super clean and cozy, and the atmosphere felt so welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were great, but I have to give a special shoutout to Catalina at the front desk — she’s incredibly professional, super kind, and always ready to help with anything. You can tell she truly cares about the guests. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly during my stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone!
I've stayed over 20 hostels and this was my least fave experience. I choose really good quality hostels, not the cheapest ones, but this one was by far the worst value for money. First of all - they don't know what you need as a traveler. The rooms are really unpractical. There is nothing around the bed to put your stuff. I kept dropping my keys, my phone, book from the side of the bed. Nothing is protected on that sense. I also care about curtained beds but this one covers the half on upper beds so neither light nor privacy is protected. The lockers in the room need your own lock. Secondly - the management is full of "PAY THIS EXTRA" and "IT'S FORBIDDEN OR YOU PAY EXTRA". I wrote them in advance that I would be arriving early so I would book the hostel only if I can put my luggage there bcs the locker room was really expensive on the website for the whole day. They answered they would do it free of charge. When I got there obviously they ignored the message, wanted to charge 10€ for my cabin size and 5€ for my laptop bag for 5 hours. Ya sure, I would have paid 20€ for the night earlier and at least used the room. Everywhere is full of strict rules and you pay 30€ fine if you dont follow them. It's the weirdest atmosphere like a military dorm. The receptionist was also rude - maybe not all of them are like him, but the one I checked in was very arrogant. Only the terrace and cleanliness got my second star.
pros: Nice rooftop, and ok commons areas cons: - bedroom and beds: Most of the Bedrooms are very small and too tighted for the people they should be able to stay there - bedrooms wardrobes are too small, so small that it cannot fit not even a small backpack. - bed are very basics, they don't have anything, and if you are and the top deck there is nothing that can keep your phone while charging and yourself to fall down while sleeping. - they offer bicycles but only with cash and with an odd policy in case you return them later, you will be charged for an extra day without be able to use them. - kitchen is well furnished, but the kitchen chairs are basic and quite annoying. Generally ok but not suitable to stay more than 2 nights in a row.

The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, offering valuable insights about the area. Overall, it was an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a pleasant stay.
