  it's a villa with 10 rooms, some with more capacity and in room bathroom, some other for couples and shared bathroom. Even though on the path of landing airplanes to Tenerife south airport, the place is quiet at night. Wifi is good, street parking a kind of trouble sometimes (no private parking available). A big plus is the huge shared kitchen in the basement, with everything you need including cold and hot water dispenser and coffee machine.

  I had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and there were enough bathrooms on each floor. There was water, tea and coffee and a huge kitchen. The lady working there was so friendly and helped me out when I had any questions.

  Lovely quiet hotel. The cleaning lady was nice at first very polite checkout is at 12 although at 9.30 they will try open your door and tell you to get ready to leave then the cleaning lady will keep bothering you to get your suitcase out so she can clean even though it isn't check out time yet so we made her wait until exactly check out time.

  reception was nice and helpful. The bedroom is extremely clean and tidy. The kitchen is spacious. The yard is also full of design. 5 out of 5!
