This hotel is not disabled friendly. When we booked into the hotel i was instantly chastised due to my wife having a small mobility scooter which she is dependant on, and was told it couldn't be used in the hotel as it was not safe for other guests (fair enough). Our travel company had asked for a low floor, close to the lift room, but we were allocated one 3 floors up and almost as far away from the lift as you can get. The brocures show an indoor pool/spa area, be aware that this is charged at €6 per 2 hour stint. The hotel is not close to the beach, as there is no direct route and takes 15 minutes to walk to. The path round the front of the hotel is in poor condition, not suitable for prams or disabled people. Meal times are a feeding frenzy, none if the staff bother about food lying on the floor, and young children are allowed to help themselves (I have no problem with children being allowed to learn, but some of these kids couldn't see over the counter. There were also 7 prams in the restaurant on more than one occassion, 2 of which insisted on sitting opposite each other and completely blocking the aisle. Food was ok, but often cold and lacking variety. The cleaning/making up of the rooms was excellent, however our room had a distinct odour of stale cigarette smoke from previous occupants. Pool area was always kept clean, but note that inflatables are not allowed. Some people may find it ok, but not to my taste.

Brilliant 4* hotel with fantastic buffet choices for food, Brilliant selection of snacks throughout the day and drink is all brand named so for a Perfect hotel in the all inclusive range is the absolutely stunning Salou this is you're hotel. I absolutely loved my stay here and was meant to return this year but sadly chose Benidorm. This year I'll be sitting with a absolutely beautiful Calippo slushie as I walk down the stunning beach

Just spent 10 nights at this hotel. I've enjoyed my stay here. Food was nice, but a bit same everyday. Some of the staff were nice, but to me it seemed a few weren't very happy in their jobs. Which in my opinion doesn't make for a good atmosphere especially for holiday. I didn't spend much time around the hotel as I did a lot of day trips to other cities so used this as a base. The rooms were tidied everyday. Clean towels etc. Meal times in the restaurant were complete chaos. People tripping over each other. Oh and God forbid that you don't have your card with you to enter the restaurant despite the fact that you have an all-inclusive wristband on. (It's like queing to get into a nightclub without any I.D) To conclude the hotel is not perfect, but if you're on a budget then come here.

Really enjoyed this hotel. They had some good entertainment on a night and they were very kid friendly. The drinks weren’t expensive. We were half board and the breakfast was good with many options. You were able to swap lunch and dinner around so the nights we were going out for food we just had our lunch there which was good too. There were maids coming in the room everyday to clean up and provide fresh towels. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly too. The pool was kept clean. There were a few football tournament clubs there and the children were only supervised by a few adults but it didn’t affect my stay there.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room was infested with ants and I was bitten several times. There were no cups or a kettle, most of the staff did not speak English, and at dinner no drinks were included – everything had to be paid for separately. The kitchen was disorganized and the food was almost the same every day. When we ordered a burger meal with fries at the bar, there was no note that the burger would be served without the bun – this should have been clearly mentioned, as I would not have ordered it otherwise. The only positives were the children’s pool and the location, about 10–15 minutes’ walk to the beach and the center of Salou. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2.5 stars.
