  Far from a 5 star luxury management. We had high hopes for Aethos Mallorca as they made an effort with their guest arrival service for my bday. However on the last day they wanted to double charge my partner who had paid in advance for flowers and a special dinner. And they asked me to pay it again first before emailing him! Beyond inappropriate as it was a surprise for me- and on top the bill was made higher with added food items we never ordered! Very scammy management for a 5 star hotel. We also had officially requested a box breakfast as we were leaving at 6am since we had paid for it and their kitchen staff "forgot". They gave us some bananas and protein bars only after I insisted. Frankly a great start of a hotel but very unfortunate ending. You need to triple check your bills and don't expect all your requested services to be delivered as five stars. Otherwise cleaning was done very well, views above the coast were beautiful and the spa descent. Value doesn't correspond the money you pay - inexperienced hotel management probably.

  We had an amazing long weekend at Aethos Mallorca! What a beautiful place. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace, where you can eat and which also houses the pool, is beautiful and offers a stunning view of the bay. The views from the rooms are spectacular and the service is top notch! The team anticipated our every need. Insider tip: a room on the lower floors, from where you have an unobstructed view of the sea.

  We spent an outstanding five days at Aethos this September and enjoyed every moment of it. Our (king) room was very spacious by European standards and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also joked that they had the most amazing blackout curtains we’ve experienced! We dined at both the pool bar and proper restaurant several times and the food was fresh and memorable. I especially appreciated that they would make my American self iced coffees every morning! The gym is brand new and has amazing seaside vistas, making for great treadmill runs. Finally, the service was excellent. From day-to-day assistance with taxis and local suggestions to helping us with a number of unique outings, everyone went out of their way for us. Of note, they helped us hire a private driver for an amazing tour of the mountain towns and also assisted with booking a private boat charter one evening. We look forward to making it back one day!

  I stayed at Aethos Mallorca for 10 days with my family, and it was honestly the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect — the food was outstanding, the service warm and attentive, and the whole atmosphere felt modern, stylish, and relaxed at the same time. The location is breathtaking, with views that you’ll never forget, and the design of the hotel is both cool and comfortable. What made it truly special were the people — everyone we met was genuinely kind and welcoming, creating a warm-friendly yet luxurious environment. From start to finish, it was flawless. We are already looking forward to coming back. All together: simply the best!

  I stayed at Aethos Mallorca for 3 nights in October. It was hands-down one of the loveliest and most enjoyable hotel experiences I've ever had: the food (especially gambas) was delicate and fresh, the views were spectacular and the gym & spa facilities were top-notch. Above all, it was the genuine smiles on everyone's face that really impressed me throughout my stay. Thank you so much for having me.
