  We had great couple of days in this hotel, the room was large and clean, the stuff is very polite and kind, always ready to help. I don’t know if there is any other option, but we had all inclusive, and food was really great. We didn’t use the pool, because we love more the sea, but it’s maybe a little bit smaller than you expect from the photos. Anyway, it’s one great hotel and great place to absolutely relax.

  I stayed there in the first week of September, everything was great really nice staff. Good food. Nice pools, clean. My cons: they didn’t change the bed sheets the whole week there was sand everywhere. One of the pool rules were that you couldn’t leave your towel there to ‚mark the spot‘ but staff didnt care, so if you went to the pool at like 11:00 there would be empty towels everywhere. There was entertainment in the evening every night but it was in german. Everything was in germand the staff would speak to me in german every day and yes i do understand german but my mom doesn’t and we are portuguise so we could easily understand spanish. So we couldn’t participate in the entertainment. Still it was pretty great special thanks to the bartenders and to jaime he was the best part of the hotel.

  Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. It's an old hotel and the front desk ppl weren't helpful or friendly. It was supposed to be a kids friendly hotel, but the kids club was dirty for over one week, no shade at the kids' pool side, and poor low quality play options in the water and park. The good part was the not so far distance to the beach. The waitresses in the restaurant were lovely and did a great job.

  It's a good hotel. The food is amazing, the staff very nice, but there was one thing that held me from giving it 5 stars. The technical problems. The TV in the rooms are only 20" and the WiFi TERRIBLE. They even charge you money for using it. It costs 30 Euros a week PER PERSON. The top was 2 megabits per second (that was 2 AM, in the morning) and the low was 0.02 Megabits per second. In this day and age, this is unacceptable.
