  Clean, relaxed hotel with a nice little poolside bar, clean rooms, spacious apartments, and fantastic views. Let's talk about those steps! By the end of the week, my wife and I were practically running up them, and I'm 61; we used them three times on one day, no bother. In a way, I'm glad that we used them so much. Great little workout. I want to thank the staff if they read this, it's a great hotel and deserves recognition.

  It was our first holiday as a family of four (2 under 3s) at Majorca and stayed at Vista Club for 1 week last week. We checked in around 1am and the staff was very nice. Our room was 1 bed apartment which was just perfect for us. It was really spacious and loved the balcony view of the beach. It was also great for watching the sunset. We got our room cleaned and had new towels at least 2x during our stay. Aircon in the room was a lifesaver after a hot day out. All neccessities that we needed for in the kitchen was available. However, it would also be nice to have a small notecard on how the cooker works as it dod take us awhile to get it to work. We would've loved for the bed in the bedroom to be a full double bed not 2x single bed joined together as the matress kept on making a gap in the middle. Or at least put on a kingsize sheet to prevent the split in the middle. Also a plug in our bathtub would definitely be worth relooking as it wasnt the correct fit so we had to makeshift to give our kiddos baths. Access to the pool was quite a struggle for us down the steep stairs as we were carrying what we needed for the pool plus 1 infant and a toddler. There was hardly anyone at the time we went but the lifeguard was super nice and provided us with swimming floats for our kids to borrow which we were grateful for. Kids pool does need a bit of a clean. Location was great, its 5mins to the highstreet and to the beach. Although you have to go through uneven and steep long stairs to get there. This again was a struggle for us with a stroller/buggy. Luckily we got through it by folding our stroller and making our toddler walk down or be carried by dad whilst I use my baby carrier for our infant. Then on the way back to our apartment we just got a taxi (cost approx. €5-6) as it is a loong way up those stairs and the closest steps to the apartment have no streetlights at night. Overall, It was a great stay here at Vista Club apartments for our family.

  Amazing place. There Sept 23,24,25... Amazing people, great service all the time at the reception, the pool, lifeguard, restaurant. Spacious rooms ,great peace of mind feel safe. Family friendly. We love this place and Santa Ponsa. See you again in 2026.! Thanks everyone for your hospitality

  Great hotel for the money. Our 1 bed flat was clean, well equipped and spacious, with a great balcony. Pool was perfect and not too crowded during our stay (mid July). As other reviews have said, the stairs to get to the hotel from the beach are long and hard work, but they were definitely manageable for us and meant that the hotel had a nice bit of breathing room from the crowds. The pool bar was well stocked and reasonably priced, as well as decent food. Overall, would definitely stay again and recommend to both families and couples.
