Amazing place with stunning view! Room service and cleaning ladies are great and the hotel provides all kind of comfort with the pool and the rooftop lounge and tubs. Food is nice and there is a lot of variety. I would just suggest a little bit more of attention to the detail and more clear information: the soap in the shower is far from quality for the standards that this place should have, SPA is extra 20euro and this is not clear on the booking reservation, parking is not really available,if not with luck on the street, and the rooftop pool is not the cleanest in my opinion( the water was smelling a bit weird, but was noon and this could be also related to respectless guests unfortunately). All little details that with a bit of improvement would definitely rise the level of this place.however, would still highly recommend it for who wants a relaxed vacation and in-door services, waking up on the ocean! Big plus: adults only, so quite relaxing in the pool is ensured!

A four nights stay, a couple of weeks ago. Fabulous cliff top location, and outstanding views from our 9th floor room, with balcony. Delighted with our room. The bed, although a bit on the firm side, was very comfortable . All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were greeted with a refreshing glass of juice when checking in. The lift was a bit old, but worked fine. Breakfast and dinner was a buffet. Lots of choices, but the food tended to be warm, rather than hot, but nevertheless tasty. Really lovely roof terrace, with magnificent views, serving drinks and food. It’s an energetic walk into Town, especially coming back up, but we loved the exercise, We want to come back again next year.

My wife and I holiday with Jet2 around 5 times a year and wouldn’t consider another company as we always get excellent service in all aspects of our holiday. However, I am writing this complaint as I suffered a loss of facilities in the Hotel Atlantic Mirage. There are two very small lifts in this hotel: only one operating to floor nine and the other one which should go to the roof top terrace on floor ten was broken. I asked at reception if the broken lift was going to be repaired and was told it might be repaired in a month. I am disabled with two artificial knees and two artificial hips and I can’t easily negotiate stairs so that meant the rooftop terrace was out of bounds to me. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was nothing he/she could do. At that point the reception “manager” appeared and was extremely rude. As I was asking her what I was meant to do she interrupted me and then accused me of being abusive. She told me they (the staff) could manage to use the stairs from floor 9 to 10 to access the rooftop. She also told me I should have informed them that I was disabled before I arrived. When I asked her how that would help she just shrugged her shoulders as an answer. We did manage to get to the rooftop terrace on the first day but this was so much of a struggle and quite frankly too dangerous for me to climb and especially descend the flight of stairs (18 steps and two without a handrail) that we couldn’t go back up there. The rooftop terrace was the ONLY place that served snacks during the day, so we had to leave the hotel every day to get a bite to eat, which meant hiring a taxi into the town and back. When the Jet2 reps became involved she told them there were only 6 steps from floor 9 to 10. Both Chris and I have photographic evidence of the 18+2 steps. Chris asked if a snack could be brought to me to eat at the poolside bar on the ground floor, she said they do not offer room service and I wasn’t allowed to eat at the poolside bar. She suggested my wife could buy a snack for me to eat in my room. I did not go on holiday to eat lunch in my room. When we choose a hotel we always look for one with onsite facilities like a rooftop bar or an outdoor snack bar, as I can’t walk too far we usually spend most of our days at the hotel by the pool. I rarely feel discriminated against but I certainly felt it in this hotel. I must say the 3 reps who were involved were excellent and kept me well informed but even they could make no headway with the reception manager. I have enclosed a picture of the (small) flight of stairs.

This hotel is truly worth the highest praise. It’s a small hotel with about 180 rooms, yet very cozy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with stunning ocean views. The food is delicious and varied, and the gym offers an amazing view of the ocean. Both restaurants also boast breathtaking ocean vistas. Down by the pool, the view is directly of the majestic Teide, and up top there are 3 large jacuzzis. The beds are very comfortable for couples, and there are plenty of single beds with cool water washing over them—perfect for just dipping your feet 🥰. The views are absolutely stunning, with a panoramic view of both the city and Teide. The cocktails and food are incredibly tasty. The hotel is adults-only but worth every 💸. It also has an amazing spa complex that’s definitely worth a visit 👌. New Year’s Eve was simply wow—every detail thoughtfully planned. This hotel has stolen our hearts ❤️ We will definitely be coming back and I can see us celebrating Christmas and New Year here every year 🇪🇸🫶 Signed: In love with Puerto de la Cruz & Atlantic Mirage Hotel 🇪🇸🫶👌😍

We were happy with our stay. The staff is incredibly nice. Gustavo always greeted us with a smile and kind words at the restaurant and the waiters work very fast. I don’t understand how some people can complain about the food. We stayed for 8 nights and there were always planty options during breakfast and dinner - live cooking station, different fruits and vegetables, a few kinds of fish, meat and cheese. The one thing that disappointed us was the spa. It really isn’t worth 20 EUR. There are not enough hooks to hang towels. The sauna is very small, and people are not told even basic sauna etiquette, so they enter wearing slippers. When we were there, it was crowded and anything but a relaxing place. We visited in January, so parking was not a big issue - we could always find a spot either in the hotel parking lot or on nearby streets. Most of the guests were retirees from Germany and the UK.
