A fabulous hotel for families. A very well run, very clean, and well maintained (lots of staff, cleaning and maintaining throughout day) very large hotel with top level kids entertainment. Everything is on a grand scale at the Fantasia Tenerife - the rooms, lobby, bar and public spaces - everything - are on a generous scale. Buffet food is of the typical standard (ie good) of comparable quality hotels across the Canaries, but the food in the individual restaurants was disappointing (Italian and Asian). Ultimately this is a minor quibble - we didn’t come to eat, we came for the sunshine and to escape the wet grey interminable Welsh winter - but we did cancel our third restaurant booking because of our experiences and get a refund on the 80 euro we had spent on the ‘extra’ booking of the Asian (we got two included). The steak restaurant looked the nicest in terms of interior but the Italian and Asian were okay but nothing more and possibly less than UK chain food fare. A nice touch was pizza making for the kids. Also for the kids - silent disco was good fun (funny chap running it), as well as mini discos, daytime activities (all on the app; too many to mention - but it really is quite impressive). With a secluded lounger and infinity pool area for adults, a big well equipped gym, a sports bar and a large cocktail lounge, a brilliant kids club, and excellent pool facilities (heated pools - so okay for extended dips even on cooler Feb days), this is a brilliant choice for families. (If you don’t have kids and don’t like busy/crowded pool areas you’d be mad to choose this hotel!) If they were able to take your luggage to your room (that can be rather far away given the size of the hotel) and also show you to your room initially as the layout can be confusing, that would have made for a better welcome, but it’s a minor gripe. We had a brilliant time

Fantastic hotel. The entertainment really was exceptional. The shows were amazing. My 4 year old son had so much fun, lots of fun for all. I enjoyed the food. I lost my bag and was told by reception it has not been handed in, i off the cuff asked Mo Salah if he had seen it as he was in the areas where I lost it, and he went above and beyond, and to my amazement he found it. I couldn’t be happier. We will come again

Just got home from a stay at bahia. Hotel was amazing the castle is brilliant to look at. The cocktails were amazing only tried pina colada and strawberry daquiri but they were amazing the beer was also very nice. The splash zone with slides was good. Infinity pool was decent looking out onto ocean was so relaxing. Brilliant curry house across the road very cheap too. Reasons i didnt give 5 stars is because 1.staff member down by infinity pool very rude. 2.id of given rooms 5 star but cleaners failed to replace shower gel and shampoos seams silly but wanna be able to wash dirt of my body 3. Breakfast was ok the undercooked sausages ruined it for me. Bacon was ok and so was the poached eggs 4. The music going off on a night thats not even part of entertainment is annoying when your tryna sleep i can imagine it would be an issue for parents with kids easily woken at slightest noise Overall its a good hotel probably more for familys than couples. My partner did request birthday stuff for our room as we were celebrsting my 30th and th3y failed to do it but we seen they decorated other rooms for birthdays so was a let down for her.

Amazing holiday! Came back to a happy birthday surprise banner on my door and complimentary bottle of alcohol and hotel chocolates, which was a lovely surprise! The view from our room was lovely, with views on both sides of the sea and part of the adult pool. Food was lovely and shows were amazing. The entertainment team were all very friendly and welcoming!

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and this was already our second visit. The first time we stayed here was back in 2020, so we had a good reference point for comparison. Overall, our experience was once again very positive. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping is done daily, and the minibar is refilled every day, which is very convenient. Everything feels well organized and taken care of. Food is varied, and the buffet changes daily, so there is always something new to try. Compared to 2020, the selection has become slightly smaller, but the quality of the food remains good, and there is still plenty to choose from. We would also like to mention the à la carte restaurants. We visited three of them — the Asian, Italian, and steak restaurants. The Asian restaurant was not really to our taste, but we truly enjoyed both the steak and the Italian restaurants. In the Italian restaurant, our child even had the chance to make their own pizza, which was a very fun and memorable experience for kids. The hotel is excellent for families with children. Our child absolutely loved the water slides and spent a lot of time there. There are many activities for kids, including animation, a children’s disco, various games and competitions, and a kids’ club. Children are really well entertained here. We attended three different shows during our stay, and they were of a very high standard, with great performances, costumes, and overall organization. Most of the staff are very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which truly adds to the comfort of the stay. There were a few exceptions, but overall the service left a very positive impression. One small note for future guests: some rooms have twin beds, while others have a king-size bed. We didn’t pay attention to this detail when booking and were assigned a room with twin beds. The hotel kindly offered us the option to move to a room with a king-size bed after a few days, but it was not very convenient for us to repack and unpack our luggage again, so we decided to stay in the twin-bed room. We would recommend paying attention to this when booking and stating your bed preference in advance. Overall, our impressions are extremely positive. We can confidently recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.
