  nice hotel very close to the Airport which has to sides of the story. The good thing is: you can reach the Airport within 15min / on the other side: it is loud ther, especially when planes start direction west, which we had for 2 days...but: we could deal with it - and over night it is quiet. Room was very big, very clean, the whole personnel was simply lovely...everybody was superfriendly!!! One point that needs to be mentioned: they need renovation, in some corners there are significant signs of wear and damages, but our room was absolutely ok! breakfast and dinner are with a big variety of different tastes and it was really GOOD. Overall i would give it a 4 stars - so we were happy

  Our stay was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time with family, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It made our trip even more special. Highly recommended for families

  We just returned from this hotel. We were very surprised, and for the first time, we encountered the fact that you can't take advantage of the all-inclusive option upon arrival. We only received bean sprouts upon check-in. On the day of departure, even though we stayed all day, we couldn't use the all-inclusive option after checking out at 12 p.m. The hotel is more of a 4-star hotel, but the pool music is awful. It's a hotel for people over 60. I wouldn't recommend it to families with children, as they'll be bored all day. The friendly and helpful staff and clean, large rooms are two pluses. The food is good, with something for everyone. If you prefer meaty dishes, there's no choice.

  The hotel is great it's clean and tidy the staff are great from reception to dining room staff to cleaners really helpful and friendly. The food was really good breakfast was great full English,meats,cheese,fresh fruit,cereals,fresh juices,coffee,still and sparkling water and te usual fizzy drinks. Only went to lunch once fresh chicken pasta like a paella burgers hot dogs fresh fruits chips all the usual for kids as well,evening meals were great fresh paella evevery night as well as steaks pork chops lamb chops chicken fish all.on the.grill on differing nights fresh suits in abundance all the day fresh salads every day pizza available every night and fresh pasta and any sauce you can think of with it loved it all of it 😋

  I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. Some of the furniture is chipped, the inside of the fridge was cracked, and overall you can see that the place needs renovation. Still, the cleanliness made up for a lot. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. There was everything from a full English to continental options, various drinks, and plenty of healthy choices. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I didn’t try the pool because we spent most of our time outside sightseeing. The area around the hotel doesn’t have many restaurants, so it’s not a destination like Los Cristianos. We drove about 10 minutes to the beach, which was great. The hotel is only about 14 minutes by car from the airport, which is convenient, but keep in mind that planes fly directly over the property. If you spend the whole day at the hotel, the noise might start to bother you. Overall, a clean hotel with excellent breakfast, but not up to true 5-star standards. Definitely will come back in future
