Well, where to start. I didnt expect much from a 3* hotel but there was no single word about this hotel being sold out to other people in 40% of it's capacity. Rooms clean but well aged. And the one we have got was right above the really dodgy room with a horrible smell coming out of it's balcony (see pics) and believe me, you should be glad that pictures on here don't smell. Urine smell was horrible as soon as me and my girlfriend opened our balcony door. How can management of this hotel let this happen it's beyond me. You want WiFi? Pay extra! You want walnut key? Pay extra! You want TV remote? Pay deposit! You louse your hand band? Pay €150! Adult and €75 for a kid!!! What a joke! Staff sometimes acted like they were there as a punishment. Only 2 drinks per person at any one time! Strangest all inclusive rules I've ever experienced. They will definitely not see me again in this hotel.

First of all the resort is in need of some TLC, it’s a sprawling site of two story buildings and then we had the restaurant buffet which was excellent for every meal. The staff couldn’t do enough for you in a very busy restaurant. The pool and bar were Exellent with loads of easy to get sunbeds at any time of the day. Drinks at the bar were never a problem considering it being all inclusive and the staff throughout the resort were amazing. Our room was cleaned daily, beds made daily and linen changed regularly. If you look past that it’s an old hotel, the atmosphere the staff created makes for a great holiday. P.s oh I nearly forgot the parrots in the gardens. Immensely great fun

Pleasant hotel. Very good for a 3 star. After reading through reviews was a bit worried, but no need. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, food much better than expected, plenty of choice. All inclusive drinks good - San Miguel lager and 'local' spirits, to be expected. Servings vary depending on bar staff, but it doesn't matter you can go back as many times as you like! All inclusive ends at 10.30pm after an enthusiastic hour of entertainment- mainly from the 'animacion' team but a couple of other nights Flamenco and a Singer. If you want to continue drinking you can pay at the bar or there are a few café bars just 100m or less just along from the hotel. Multinational clientele. Lots of French and Germans and Spaniards. Next British, a few Italian, eastern European- not good at recognising their languages. Staff on reception excellent multilingual, friendly, helpful . Supermarket and more shops and cafe/bars 10 mins walk away and beach at Gelletas and lots more shops, cafes bars 20min walk away....

The hotel is located in a quiet residential but only a ten minute walk from Las Galletas. The swimming pool area is nice and with lots of new beds. The drinks are served in paper cups which doesn't enhance any taste, especially the weak beer. The best thing about the hotel is the lovely lady Claudia on reception, who is friendly and works hard to help you. She seems to always have to work the late shifts! I can't say the same for the other miserable younger blonde woman! Food in the restaurant was average but there was always something to eat. Staff there were nice except from the female restaurant manager. So miserable and never a please or thank you!! Would I stay again, probably not!

A good three-star all-inclusive hotel. It's a very good and clean hotel. The food is excellent, with a wide selection of meats, fish, and seafood and more. Łukasz, a very friendly chef of Polish descent, is a hit in the kitchen and in the dining room. The staff is wonderful. The bar is very good. There are also lots of snacks. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and beds are made. Everything is very clean, but the hotel's appearance has been frozen in time. The entertainment team is prepared and engaged both during the day and in the evenings. This is a place for those looking for a NORMAL relaxation at a very affordable price!
