  We had a great stay. The hotel is clean and the outside areas are very relaxing. The food is nice and there is always something you can find to eat. The bar staff are fab and the waiter service in the evenings is a god send. A simple but great touch is the water bottles and refill stations. The entertainment is great and there is something for everyone and Blue makes you feel so welcome. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

  We've had a lovely time here at San Felipe hotel. We came a few weeks ago and enjoyed it so much we decided to come again now! The food choices are so good and we love sitting by the pool in the sunshine. The entertainment is really enjoyable in the evenings, especially the trapeze artist! The location is so good, right next to the sea front. Lots to see in Tenerife especially a trip to the Caldera and Mt Teide. Thank to you all for making our holiday so special.   We have just come back from a lovely holiday to Tenerife. We picked our hotel randomly but what a great choice it turned out to be. Hotel is located in the north of the island , which is greener and more beautiful than the south. The beach (where you can watch surfers) and the town are within a short walking distance. Shops are nearby. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and we had a nice view over the pool with the beautiful mountain el Teide in the background. All the staff, including reception (Jordan), buffet (Tomas), the lifeguard and cleaners were really helpful, friendly and polite. Special mention has to go to the entertainment team, especially Blue, who is an amazing dance teacher and also does morning stretching and aqua dance. There are a lot of activities for everyone - you can play darts, games, tennis, pool. We used kids club every day, Laura did a great job looking after the little ones and keeping them happy and busy; there was also a kids disco every night. Eri looked after all the guests and was able to get everyone engaged in the adult entertainment in the evenings. We had lots of fun doing karaoke, watching magic and gymnastic shows, listening to live music. Overall, it was a great holiday (booked with EasyJet) and we’d definitely go back to the hotel but book directly on their app as you can get a loyalty discount.

  Amazing entertainment staff, always happy and keen to get people involved. Service overall was excellent and the hotel's location ideal for sea views and the short walk to town. Food was warm rather than hot and better in the speciality restaurants as the buffet got quite picked over early on. Serving staff worked damn hard though and watching some of the diners' behaviour was as entertaining as the evening shows 🙂

  We’ve just returned from a lovely holiday in Tenerife and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel. Located in the greener, more beautiful north of the island, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach, town, and shops. Our room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the pool with Mount Teide in the background. All staff were friendly, helpful, and professional — especially Jordan at reception. The entertainment was excellent, with plenty of activities throughout the day and fun evening shows. Special mention to Eriani, who was absolutely fantastic at getting everyone involved. We had a wonderful stay at Bahia Principe San Felipe and would happily return. Highly recommended!
