⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay at BLUESEA Puerto Resort! Really enjoyed our 7-night stay – the hotel was clean, food had plenty of choice, and there was always something to do around the resort. A special mention to Yowi from the entertainment team who made the whole experience! He brought amazing energy every day, got everyone involved in activities, and always took the time to check in and make sure we were having a good time. Super friendly and a real credit to the hotel. He genuinely made our holiday more enjoyable – we’d definitely come back!

The entertainment team at this hotel has been absolutely amazing! Yowi, Caelan, Sabina, Alexandra, Roman, Carmen, and Eric. Their energy, friendliness, and professionalism made our stay so much more fun and memorable. From poolside activities to evening shows, they kept everyone engaged and smiling. You can really tell they love what they do. They’re a huge credit to the hotel — thank you for making our trip so special!

This is an average place but in a beautiful place. Puerto de la Cruz is very scenic with both coastal and tropical feel with beautiful walks and plenty of places to eat. The people are friendly and welcoming. The hotel on the other hand is a different story. There are three buildings in this resort and I stayed in Canerife Palace with family and friends, and none of them were impressed by it's dated decor in serious need of an update. I would not rate this place 4*. it's more of a 3* experience. The food options were ok, although there isn't much if you are a vegetarian or vegan. The quality of food generally is very good on the island. There were very limited drinks options in the bars in all-inclusive, although other drinks were available for a price. Most of the staff were helpful. I wouldn't stay at this place again, but would certainly visit Puerto de la Cruz again.

Wouldn’t even bother. The Mrs treated me for my birthday to our first time in Tenerife. This hotel is beyond words and how this is a 4 star baffles me. Paid for all inclusive and wished we never. Room doesn’t have a kettle and tea/ coffee, has a mini fridge but they don’t put anything in it, claims to have Netflix and doesn’t (obviously not here to watch tv but if you want to chill in your room you can only watch Spanish tv, we got put in a premium room and the view was bins and carpark. the food is horrendous. Breakfast is always cold and just has no taste, you can’t even get a glass of coke/fanta (states it’s only in use for lunch/dinner) even though you have lunch in another hotel across the way. The swimming pool indoor/outdoor doesn’t open until 10am so even if you wanted a morning dip in the sunshine you can’t, but at least you have a pool bar that they never open next to it. You have to walk into another building to get a drink but that doesn’t open until 11am. Honestly the only thing I can say nicely about this hotel is the bar down the street called fat ladies! Don’t get me wrong the weather has been bad but the hotel have done nothing to accommodate for this. 1 hour of entertainment at 21:30pm that’s all. We’ve spent more time and money outside of the hotel it than in it. This has been a massive let down and I’m gutted that my Mrs has payed all this money for this.

Very impressed overall. Lovely responsive staff, helpful & cheery, facilities spotless but the biggest surprise was just how good quality the food turned out to be. On an all inclusive we didn’t expect much but it surpassed & felt compelled to give the hotel & the fabulous kitchen staff some deserved recognition. Thank you. Will be returning 💯
