This is only our second visit to Los Cristianos and to be honest with you, the low price for 5 days was what swayed me into booking this hotel, I knew we had previously stayed a little closer to town and the beach but the extra walk up a slight hill was not a deal breaker. For the price we paid we expected basic, but clean. My expectations were low, they shouldn’t have been. We have only had positive experiences here. Spacious apartments, cleaned daily, friendly and welcoming staff - we knew there was no air con, don’t really feel you need air on at this time of year it is cool enough at night to sleep comfortably. Well equipped apartments with kitchenette and ample space. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely come here again. We usually book self catering but this time we included breakfast for not too much more on the price. It was well worth it, plenty of choice for breakfast and we feel we have saved a bit of money by not needing to eat so much out during the day. Evening meals in the area for two have been betweeen 35-58 euros including alcohol and for two main courses. 15 euro boat trips to see pilot whales and dolphins were a highlight of this trip. Temperatures have been around 20 degrees in the day, cardigan weather at night time. It’s been the relaxing few days that we needed to escape the sun zero temp and snow at home. Feels busier in January than it did in Easter when we were here but not so busy it’s a problem. And we didn’t have a pre booked transfer the taxi rank at the airport brought us here for 25 euros and it was a 15 minute journey. We will come again :) it has been the perfect place to stay!

Came here for a long weekend trip. We usustay down the hill at the Aguamar but thought we'd try this place. We were able to check in early and given our room. The Room was big and everything clean. There isn't any air-conditioning but the ceiling fans were perfect and cooled the room. We didn't use the pool but did go to the bar on a night. The prices are good, it was a bit quiet but then when there's plenty of bars nearby its expected. The staff that we encountered during the stay were pleasant and polite. Overall I couldn't fault the place.

They have the friendliest staff of any hotel I've stayed in from reception, cleaners, waitresses etc Great entertainer for kids too. We don't usually like going to the same place on holiday but wouldn't hesitate to come back here. Thank you all for a great week 🌞

Added in response to hotels response. - This was not the response the hotel gave to us at the time and is as stated in my review. In claiming that we were told it was a hotel member going into the wrong room is incorrect as that would have put our minds at ease- but the response we received was that you checked and confirmed it wasn’t staff and it could have been someone staying at the hotel and to keep the balcony locked. I wouldn’t have felt the need to review after so long but felt it was appropriate due to the experience. The review isn’t inappropriate when families stay and this is the experience they have. The response from the hotel on the other hand is. We stayed at the coral los alisios last April for 9 nights. The Apartment was basic and clean. Unfortunately on day 2 of our stay our eldest daughter felt unwell so stayed in the apartment to relax whilst we went food shopping with the balcony door open as it was warm. We received a phone call from her saying a man in uniform hopped the balcony and walked into our apartment living area where she was resting on the sofa. He Realised she was there, said something in Spanish and ran to the front door and quickly left. She was terrified and called us so we came back and went straight to the reception to ask who and why this person entered our room and what they would do about it. They shook it off after coming to the room and said they don’t know who it was and that there are no cameras in the apartment building and pool area and to keep the balcony door locked. There was also no oven and there were a lot of ants in the bathroom. Location was ok, 20min walk to town. The pool is small and cold and the snack bar was unavailable when we tried to order. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again

Overall a good experience nice spacious apartments. Everyone very friendly apartments from Martin who blatantly ignored us one night as he was cooking food and didn't even acknowledge us. We waited for nearly ten minutes and as he never even spoke to us in the end we walked off without the drinks we were wanting to order. It has been very quiet but the last two days they have played some music around the pool which I had missed to be honest. The cleaners did a good job cant fault them. The location is good for bars and restaurants ten minute walk, hill to come back up but taxis are cheap if that's an issue. No air con though and I got prickly heat so couldn't go in the sun some of my holiday. Would I stay again? If they installed air con I would.
