Stayed for a week all inclusive early February. Got upgraded from a deluxe room to a junior suite on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Room had 2 balconies one with loungers and the other a dining space. Stunning views of the mountain and sea respectively. 2 very nice pools, one slightly more exclusive than the other. All inclusive drinks only available at one. The food was of good quality and loads of choice however remained almost the same every day. Different meats, fish chicken pork etc each day. I didn’t have kids with me but they would not have been impressed. Very few kids there in general. Just a few minutes walk to the sea front. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Bit of a hill up to it but was a pleasure after all the eating. Would definitely recommend.

The location of the hotel is brilliant. It lies at the heart of Puerto De la Cruz with restaurants and supermarkets plus bus stops all within very short walking distances. It is also very close to the town centre and the sea with good access to all the local tourist points such as Loro Parque, Jardín Biotinica and many more. The view from the room was lovely and we were able to see mount El-Teide from the balcony. The only downside is that the hotel is located on top of a hill so there is a lot of walking up and down which people with walking difficulties might find it difficult to do. It should not be a problem for most people. We booked a half board. The breakfast was reasonable although some choices were limited. The dinner is not good and does not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel although the dinning room staff were quite friendly. The breakfast was meant to be served at 6:30am but by the time I left the hotel when checking at 06:45am the restaurant was still closed so we missed having any breakfast. The rooms are basic but well maintained and quite clean. The room cleaning service is excellent. The staff at reception are not all welcoming and I got quite a mixed response. When I checked out the lady in reception spoke very little and did not even care to ask about our experience staying in the hotel - no smiles at all. It would be good for this hotel to act on the feedback provided as there is clearly room for improvement.

Perfect position, outstanding views and a good hotel for a great holiday! Okay so the rooms, the bathrooms in particular may need a little updating but the water pressure in the shower is probably the best I've ever experienced! The beds are super comfy! The pool and gardens are perfect suntraps, clean, not too busy, great bar, fun staff. The restaurant is what you'd expect, lots of variety, pretty reasonable food, not too busy. The hotel is spotlessly clean and customer service is 👌 You ask, they will help! There's entertainment if you want it, bars and lounges to relax in. I'd come again!

Loved this hotel, The staff are super friendly which is refreshing. I cannot fault the food, a different theme every night as well as the usually selections. Desserts are also really good. The hotel itself is very clean and sea view room options. Also options to upgrade are reasonably priced. The hotel has 2 pools, 1 quiet for a more relaxed experience and the main pool which is beautiful and includes daily entertainment, get yourself involved and have some fun, it's what holidays are all about.

Above and beyond. Our stay here has been amazing. The staff are the nicest we've ever stayed with. They made our Halloween. The entertainment staff were so friendly and the activities were thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. The catering staff always welcomed us with a smile. The reception staff always happy to help. Ty especially to Ester Fabio and Luna for putting on amazing shows. We are all very grateful for the effort u all put in. My son was happy he got to carve a pumpkin. We needed a break and u guys delivered. We loved the escape room and the ghost tunnel. Would and will recommend ur hotel to anyone xxx
