Wow what can I say about this hotel. One this is actually the second time we stayed, as we loved it so much the first time. The food is incredible- my husband is a pescatarian and found the food amazing. The range of meat, seafood, salads and soups was incredible. The staff are so friendly, helpful, the grounds of the hotel are immaculate. The three pools are always clean, clear and well kept. Lifeguards always around. The room was lovely, comfy beds, working air con, the staff who clean the rooms are so lovely. Now the biggest thing we loved about the hotel- the animation team. We actually came back for them, because our two loved them, this hotel was the first time they wanted to go to the kids club, they always looked for the entertainers- they loved the kids disco. My son is quite shy, but with the help of Adele, and the two Mario’s he was up and dancing with them- he was visibly relaxed in their company. My daughter Mimi loved them all, would follow Adele round and the Mario’s. What you have here are a team of dedicated adults who want to get to know your children and make them have the best time.

Really nice hotel, went all inclusive. Apartment clean and roomy, staff very polite and helpful and the food was excellent quality, not fine dining if that is what you want but plentiful, lots of different choices. Every meal was different except for breakfast. So good we are looking at coming back next year. Pools are great, small separate one for small children and the main pool is great, was fun watching everyone running for sunbeds at 10am, when in reality there was no need, loads available throughout the day.

I was for full 7 days there, the place was amazing. People were always smiling and helpfull, me and my familie we're there (4 kids and 4 adults) and loved every second of it. The kids went to the pool every day having a lot of fun, they would explore the place n help us get around the hotel, the bathrooms offered free things like a comb, soap etc.We were given clean towels every day so I'm very happy with that. The hotel made sure that our rooms were clean n nice. We loved the food their but it was a bit too oily for some of us, kids loved the hot chocolates from the morning and the fruits were fresh. My only concern were the roaches as no matter what we did we would find at least 2 a day but i guess it was a nice adventure, we even find a small gecko on our wall and the kids could see it (we let it out without a problem).Anyways i recommend the hotel for evrywane, hope evrywane has a nice day/night.

What a fantastic hotel. It was exactly what we were after and the staff were even better. A short walk towards the beach but not too close. The rooms were so spacious and very cosy, the housekeeping team do a great job of ensuring it's fresh for when you return later on in the day. The team on reception were all very helpful and friendly, there was not a problem they didn't try to help you with and make sure you always left with a smile. The restaurant/buffet team were fantastic, they operate such a smooth operation and you can really tell this from the moment you walk in. You are instantly greeted and lead to a table, if you require a highchair it is instantly sorted for you. All plates are cleaned away by the time you return with your next plate from the buffet. As for the food, that was faultless, always fresh and full of flavour. The kitchen staff put in a tremendous effort to ensure the food is topped up and fresh aswell, it was great. The pools were also well kept with lifeguards on hand. The children's splash pool was a lot of fun for our little one especially the slides. The big pool offers plenty of space for swimmers of all experience, the shallow end really is walk in for those who only want to wet their toes. This hotel is very well situated with several shops and outlets next door and across the road, should you want to do any shopping you won't need to go far. The beach really is a 10 minutes walk away down one road. Plus, if you want to visit Siam Park, there is a free bus that stops just across the road from the hotel so you can enjoy an amazing day out without the worry of travel plans. If we are to ever visit Tenerife again it will be to stay at this hotel. A fantastic experience that you should definitely try out.

We like this place and keep coming back BUT don't expect too much. Entertainment is limited, NO wi-fi except in your room (notified during each visit to various members of staff, each time TO NO AVAIL), the Sunday menu is worse than on weekdays, pool decks are hogged every morning and by 10.15 they're all taken for the rest of the day. A real pity though. Visited 4-5 times in 3 years and nothing changed, except higher prices. Worth checking somewhere else.
