This is a lovely hotel, in a lovely place, but we found the rooms a bit small. The food was good but by the end of the week went down in my opinion as it was end of season. There wasn't any cornflakes for breakfast for at least 4 days. The staff could be a bit friendlier as most of them don't even look at you when you order a drink. Then you get other staff that are really nice. I would recommend the hotel because it was clean and in a great place.
We booked the superior room with access to roof top terrace and pool. It was a prrfect place to lay, and the sun loungers were very comfortable with thick matress type cushions. There were plenty brollys (one for each 2 beds and a little tabke for each 2 beds. The room was smaller than it looks on pictures but OK Equip with Fridge You have to pay extra for the safe. The access to balcony was sliding patio doors and on one of the doors the seal must of gone on the double glazing which made the view out blurred. The balcony was quite small and the chairs not comfortable. Room 823 has no sun on balcony, which might be beneficial to some but if you like sun the opposite side of hotel might ne better. The service was really good, the rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were given daily too. Location was perfect with seaview to both sides of hotel. Easy walk to Palma nova side and Magaluf side. The lifts could be a problem. There are 3 lifts and often took a while to wait for one.
Amazing hotel! In the middle of everything. Food was very similar but didn’t have an issue, was able to choose with different themes and with breakfast. Went with all inclusive, plenty of choices but if you wanted a fresh cocktail you had to pay for it. Also amazing views from the beach. Entertainment was so good every night. Went at end of June start of July time
Just back from a week at this hotel. Great location all rooms have a sea view and very clean.I think they need more hooks in the bathroom as there is only one by the toilet and if you are taking clothes in to change there's not enough space to hang them up. Plenty of food but not much variety and also definitely needed to be hotter. Entertainment was non existent apart from bingo, karaoke and quiz night. I know it was the last week but they could have made an effort. I have to say that Violetta who did the entertainment was brilliant though and definitely made it more enjoyable than it would have been. I would recommend the hotel but maybe don't go on the last week !!
We have just returned from Globales Santa Lucia in. Palma Nova we booked this hotel for it's locations it's right on the beach. My advice book a room on the right hand side of the building as you look at the front of the hotel they get the sun. We were on the left hand side and to be honest the manager if the hotel moved us two days later which we were truly greatful for. We found the manager was very on the ball and great customer service but the other reception staff were helpful and quite short with us when the manager wasn't around. My wife asked to borrow a pen and she received a short reply back no! The restaurant staff were great as was the cleaners too. But my advice would be change the menu during the week from pork and fish to beef and lamb, I understand they are more expensive to buy but it's better than your guests having to pay to eat out like we did three times during the week due to lack of choice. Also provide blue cheese and palma ham during the week too and get rid of the cheap ice cream it's awful. But other then that it was great and great staff in your restaurant too they work hard and you should be proud of them maybe a bit more training for your front if house reception being a bit more helpful and customer focused. It wasn't just the pen situation either it was also general questions, they were very short in there answers back like we were being a pain to them. Thanks for a great stay and good holiday overall.
