I booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday and had nothing but a great experience. On arrival our room was upgraded to a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom bungalow with a kitchen and two balcony areas. The staff were always very polite and helpful. With all inclusive you have access to an Italian restaurant and coffee shop for free. The hotel had shops within it which was useful. Bar service was always quick and you could have premium brands with all inclusive. Getting a table for breakfast lunch and dinner was always easy. The staff brought your drinks to you and the food was always varied each day. I’m vegetarian and was still able to have something different everyday which is a really nice change for me. On our first day, staff brought a box of chocolates and bottled water to the room and on my boyfriends birthday the posted a card under the door to wish him a happy birthday! They had entertainment on every night and things on during the day at the pool but unsure what this was like as we went out most nights. Thank you to all the staff and we will definitely be back to this hotel in the future!

We recently stayed at H10 Hotel Las Palmeras and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The room was clean and comfortable, although it did feel a bit small for three people, especially when it came to luggage and moving around. That said, it was well maintained and we spent most of our time enjoying the rest of the hotel anyway. The food was good with plenty of choice, and everything was well prepared. However, being all-inclusive, we did find that the options became a little repetitive after a while. A big plus was that the all-inclusive drinks were all branded, which definitely made a difference and felt like good value. The real highlight of the hotel was the entertainment team. They were absolutely fantastic — full of energy, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic. They kept both adults and children entertained throughout the day and into the evening, creating a great atmosphere around the hotel and making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great hotel with excellent staff and entertainment, I definitely recommend booking up.

I had a fantastic time with my partner at Las Palmeras. The hotel and grounds are to a high standard, and are a lovely place to spend time. The quality of the food really surprised me, far and away the best quality food I've had at an all inclusive. Finally the staff were all really helpful - we had to move rooms on our first night, and the staff were all accommodating and happy to help. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing trip.

They staffs were friendly and amazing. They had activities like Mumbai, water polo, water volleyball. In the evenings they had shows like the cabaret. It eas very entertaining and I hardly left the hotel. They were enough sunbeds by the pool even though it was packed. Access to the beach. The food was amazing as I had all inclusive. The pool side had where I could order drinks and snacks. It was perfect for me and my husband for our valentine. Weather was amazing the only had side was I had to leave after. Wish they would just keep me here. Sunrise and sunsets were just magical

The best stay! Every member of staff was professional, caring and overall lovely! (I didn’t catch the name of the lady who checked us in but she was so great) I did catch Galindos name, who works at the restaurant, I am ceoliac and he really took care of my needs when it came to the food each day I had my own cakes breads pizzas pastas anything I wanted it was very easy to feel safe with food thanks to him and the restaurant team! If you are also celiac or gluten free I 10000/10 recommend! Muchas gracias Galindo! The food was amazing every night! The room was lovely great shower great view of the sea! We just had the dreamiest stay!
