  We staying in the 2 bed top floor apartment the rooms were very spacious and spotless clean. The wrap around balcony was great for evening before dinner to watch the sunset and relax. Lady on reception was brilliant and very informative with any quires we had and very accommodating on our check out day. The pool is very big so plenty of space for family's to have fun, sun beds locked and opened at 9am and then again at 11am but plenty to go around. The location is great 10min walk to beach and in that distance there is multiple restaurants and shopping markets. 2 adults 2 kids have had a very fun relaxing holiday and will definitely be back

  We are on our last night of 7 staying here. We have had a fantastic holiday absolutely nothing to complain about, apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks very good and good value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

  Rooms are very well kept by the maids. A little dated but nothing to worry about. Beds are comfy and we had No issues with any of the appliances. We had difficulty sleeping every night due to our room being on the main road side of the hotel, due to the very loud bars/ restaurants on the strip adjacent. It was gone 1am when music stopped and being a popular area. Wagons/ buses /taxis start their days as early as 6am. So yeah not much proper sleep unfortunately. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Excellent location to the centre of Los Christianos. We didn’t try the restaurant during our stay but it always seem popular and had some live entertainment on at night . The poolside is abit of a joke, people queuing for sunbeds an hour before the pool actually opens and there is no where near enough room/beds for everyone as half the pool area doesn’t get the sun. However the area is very clean and well kept. Will definitely coming to the area but unfortunately not this hotel.

  We have just returned from our 2 week holiday we come to this hotel every year, great location near bars shops restaurants, not to far to walk to the beach, the staff are simply amazing, reception staff always helpfull, the rooms are cleaned towels replaced etc again staff are lovely if your still in the room when they arrive, we occasionally have breakfast again wonderful selection of food and staff very friendly, we have had evening meals again exceptional value for money and staff are amazing, the entertainment has its ups and downs but it all makes for a very good night, evening staff again amazing . Pool clean plenty of sun beds. I would highly recommend

  We have spent 10 days here in October 2025, two adults and two kids (14 & 11) this is our 7th time in Tenerife and stayed in a different on hotel every occasion. I really don’t understand the negative reviews and is the main reason I decided to post a review myself and when reading some of them it’s definitely not been our experience. Staff very helpful and friendly, ok rooms don’t have air conditioning but for me the ceiling fans were adequate and if really want aircon plenty of hire companies where you can hire the portable units. The food we only ate a few times in Hotel as we never do half board or All inclusive as so many other options on door step at the snack bar just past the pool area. We never seemed to get any issues with getting a sun bed either maybe more to do with the time of year we visited. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and I much prefer it to others we have stayed in Tenerife one of which is just up the hill.
