This was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff were all lovely There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone. Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped. Check in was a little slow. I would definitely recommend a visit though and I think I will be back

Check-in took longer than it should have. Staff are amazing at making you feel unwelcome especially the fat barman with the beard, the pool is absolutely crammed full of people the restaurant food isn't bad it has plenty of options but that is absolutely packed aswell

We went in September 2025 for our honeymoon. The hotel was very clean and modern. It is a very busy hotel, so keep in mind the queues and lack of sunbeds. The food was not great, same things everyday with a slight change, not much flavour. But I think food and taste is different for everyone. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to what I call the strip, which then leads down to the beach (in all about 7 min walk). So many shops and food. It really is in a great location. The staff was very friendly, they even did a bottle of fizz in our room for our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. They only really have air con in the rooms and a little in the restaurant. But we will defo try to go again, it was a really good holiday

They did not allow my daughter use water sledges. She is 1.23m, and they were stupidly needed 1.25. SHAME! Other aqua-parks and hotels have different height grades, or adults have to accompany a child. This hotel just does not care, not friendly to their visitors. So even me and my wife was not even try these water sledges. This water sledges was main reason why we chose this hotel. Never again, even when daughter will be more than 1.25 height. People smoke near the pool and all other areas, guards do not care of that. And this is family hotel, where a lot of small kids just smell this disgusting smoke.... People reserve sunbeds early in the morning with towels, and then just go. So during a day, you don't have even any free sunbed to lay. Very loud noise music from the stage in the night, does not allow you to sleep, till midnight, noise isolation is very poor in the room. Staff does not speak English, in EU, in international hotel! It was several days, when water in pool was too cold. Bad customer orientation, just to earn money. Visited in end of Aug 2025.

We went here in July 2025. The hotel itself was pretty good for the kids with pools and a small waterpark and in a very good location. However, it was massively overcrowded and the hotel does not do enough to facilitate the amount of guests We queued for 2.5hrs on a arrival to check in with 4 young kids. Every time you needed a drink/food we had to stand in massive queues. The restaurants were chaos because they were so busy and the food wasn't great compared to other all inclusive holidays we have been on. Definitely won't be staying at this hotel again if we return to Salou
