  The hotel generally was good, the food, staff, pool area and location very good. A couple of improvements for the room would be a waste bin in the room. Also would be nice to have coffee and tea making facilities at the room. The door in Room 22 didn’t always shut properly so I had to use the key to keep it closed. Otherwise my stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Thank you

  A very friendly hotel, in a residential area, so very peaceful, near restaurants and short walk to the beach. An Irish sports bar nearby for entertainment and nice snacks. Pool area very clean. Staff also very hard working. A great choice of breakfast.

  We spent 10 days at La Concha Paguera — overall we were satisfied! A very cozy hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff — special thanks for that! Always ready to help, smiling, creating a warm feeling of care. The breakfasts are delicious, more of a European format — lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, croissants, cheeses. If you expect a classic English breakfast — bacon, beans and eggs with sausages — then there is none here, but overall the food is high-quality and fresh. Lunches and dinners are simply amazing! The cuisine is really top-notch — everything is delicious, varied, beautifully served. On the downside: I was a little disappointed with the cleaning of the rooms — for 10 days they never cleaned the floor, and given the sand that you constantly bring in from the beach, it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot. I hope the hotel will pay attention to this point. It was also strange that on Sunday we couldn't get a sunbed by the pool because, as we were told, the places were "booked" for local guests who were only there for the day. My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and were planning to spend the weekend by the pool, but unfortunately it didn't work out. On weekdays the pool was not busy - it was calm, pleasant, you can relax. The hotel positions itself as a music hotel, but during the whole time we only saw one band from Milan. I would have liked a bit more live music or events - especially in the summer. Overall - a nice, stylish place to relax. Good location, comfortable atmosphere, excellent food and very polite staff. Despite the small minuses, warm memories remain.

  Just arrived home after 3 nights 4 days at this lovely little hotel. A little hilly for mobility issues but I hired a scooter ,which the staff ordered for me . Great staff. Very attentive especially for me the lovely (blueberry) who really went beyond to help me , warm friendly and and welcoming , and the nice lady who cooks great food. Nice breakfast and coffee.To be fair all the staff were pleasant and helpful during my stay. Room was a little small and I didn't have a view but I did get a balcony with comfy chairs. Comfy clean bed and rooms /hotel/gardens are all well kept. Lovely pool too. Great food all reasonably priced. Short stroll downhill to all shops, bars ,cafes n restaurants. All beaches I thought were very pretty with clear calm waters. Lovely choice of restaurants close to hotel. A bit of a hill back up to the hotel but pretty along the way . Il definitely be returning. Lots of buses to catch different places Inc the airport all close by and cheap to use
