  Avoid this terrible place at all costs, try to find something else. Only positive thing is the central position; for the rest, pray and hope that there is no emergency because this place does not respect elementary rules about safety or fire emergency exits or else; there are no escape routes indicated in the rooms and in the halls, the only window goes on an internal space that leads nowhere so if there's a fire and you cannot escape through the door...bye bye Kansas! Plus, they put new airconditioners who actually don't work so the rooms feel always humid and claustrophobic, the wires actually pass close to the shower and get wet when you open the water; finally, the doors do not close properly ( the locks are clearly broken) so you don't feel that sense of protection that you should feel when you lock your hotel room. I know this is not Hilton but not even Tom's cabin! And what do they do when you complain? A laugh in the face . Ps I am not going to cancel this review after your inflammatory email where you blame me for not complaining before leaving the hotel....so you admit that there are problems no? I got the pictures so no email of yours can do anything good. Just admit you manage this hotel in a horrible way and do not blame me for complaining. Sincerly yours.

  Couldn't get anymore central, but relativly quiet. Basic, a bit dated, but clean and at the price you can't really complain.

  Very basic room but reasonable for the price. Room and bathroom was fairly clean although I found some hair on my bed. Location is fantastic. Close to restaurants, bus stop and tram stop. Overall it's ideal for a short budget stay.

  A very simple room with everything in the middle of the center near Plaza Espagna. The bed was confi. This room is ok for one night to stay. Quiet and clean. Price and Quality is fine. The only thing there is no window and the aircon was not working but there is a small fan.

  Overall very bad quality. A/C is not working. If you open only window facing to interior courtyard be prepare that there is very strong smell. So basically you cannot ventilate your room. No fresh air coming. I would also say there is nothing like sound isolation. You can hear everyone walking and talking on the corridor. Also you hear people living in near-by rooms talking or taking shower. No way you can sleep. Also equipment of hotel is bad, like in 3rd world countries. If you want to leave earlier they do not want to give you money back or change rooms. Definitely not worth 38€/night. Only location is good.
