  Very basic ammodation but our room on the 7th floor had an unbelievable view of the mountains and the rather busy bay of Palma. We booked through booking.com for an average of £60 a night. Our email said the swimming pool wouldn't be open but it was. Only downside was we had to wait 25 mins for a receptionist to check us in. Overall fantastic apartment. Great location next to lively bars and restaurants but you couldn't really hear anything from our room. Bus stop 3 min walk to Palma and the Airport.

  One of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. When we arrived late at night after traveling, the receptionist did not let us in and did not send us the code to access the key. We kept calling her again and again, and after almost an hour of waiting outside with our luggage, she finally picked up, gave us the code, and hung up immediately, saying she was “sleeping.” The next day she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, she told us that our compensation should be the fact that we didn’t have to sleep outside on the street. She even tried to make us pay extra for a key box that we never damaged. After checking other reviews, we saw that this is not just our experience - many guests reported the same unacceptable behavior. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs. The location might look nice online, but the customer service is shocking, and you risk being stranded outside in the middle of the night with your luggage.

  WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN my flight was delayed and due to arrive at 3am the next morning, i tried to contact the owner via phone, email and message to let them know as we noticed the reception closes at 11pm. I had no response, the only help i had was a letter on the reception door to press the buzzer for assistance when the reception is closed. We arrived at 4am and tried to check in and had no answer from anyone, we tried calling, emailing, contacting who we booked with, asking local hotels for help and no one could help us. There was no availability in any other hotels nearby. Luckily the hotel across the road let us charge our phones in there as we had no phone battery either, we spent 3 hours walking around magaluf as we had no where to go or stay. The owner called me at 6:45am and gave us a key safe code to a key for a room on the third floor. when we unlocked the door, there were 2 males in the bed which we was furious about. I expressed my feelings towards the owner and she just said she will be in work at 11am and hung up on me many times. She then called me back and told me to go down to reception for another key, she sent a man out to get a new key but he couldn’t open the key box with all the room keys in so had to forcefully open the box. We went up to our room using the lift which was appalling and let ourselves into the room. luckily there weren’t 2 men in the bed but the room was nothing like the picture and was disgusting for the price. I would never book here the staff, the room, the whole place is appalling

  This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a holiday rental. We paid £1650 for 9 days, expecting a comfortable and safe stay—what we got was the opposite. First of all, the air conditioning barely worked, which made sleeping almost impossible during hot nights. The fridge was also broken, which caused problems storing food and drinks. The noise levels were awful—there was constant loud activity from other guests or neighbours, and the walls are paper-thin. Even worse, my friend was nearly robbed right at the front door of the apartment by someone lurking around. Security is clearly a serious issue here, and it felt unsafe the whole time. Inside, many lights were broken or flickering, and when we tried to get help from the lady at reception, she was rude and acted like we were bothering her. For the high price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this property to anyone. Avoid it if you value your safety, sleep, and money.

  Dirty rooms I had 2 rooms with urine stained sheets the smell around the place is vile there is holes in the walls in complete disrepair I walked in and took it as a loss booked somewhere else straight away rude staff smashed hotel people smoking cannabis in the carpark cars being stripped in the car park just looks like the slums I have stayed in better hostels than this place do not waste your money even booking this place if I could give this place 0 stars I would honestly just spend a extra €20/30 a night and save your self a massive headache
