The food is tasty, I like their evening food, breakfast is almost the same every day but the choices are not bad. The staff are friendly. My children love the swimming pool. The room is really not comfortable. I hate the bed and the hard headboard. The bed is comfortable enough but the gap between the bed is just really bad. They keep sliding and the gap just got bigger. The AC is either not cold enough for the room when you have it on lower setting or have strong wind blowing directly on the bed when you have it on stronger setting. The bathroom is just standard, sink is too small to put stuffs around. I absolutely hate the hand gel/shower gel dispenser, very little comes out and you have to press with force. The shower water temperature is unstable, kepts changing hot to cold, I have a 9 month baby and he cried a lot every time I gave him a shower because of the water temperature. I did not have any good night sleep at all during my stay here. Sorry but for the price and considering it is a 4 star hotel, I will not come back to this hotel.

Double feeling!! Really great and friendly staff, nice rooms and nice location and also great in-room service. But when it comes to food and restaurants, it needs some improvement. The restaurant is small for the whole hotel. Because of that you can see a lot of people waiting in the line to get food. Inside the restaurant is so hectic and noisy and there is always a mixture of all the possible smells inside. This all might be because of the self-service concept, but I've been in other hotels with the same concept and still better managed. In adition, the SPA and the inner pool are also not well managed and need some improvement. Too manay people with kids get into these areas all together. Perhaps a better timing and enforcing a max capacity will help.

A large hotel in an area that is not the most impressive, but close to the beach. The staff is some of the most friendly you can imagine, and they have to be. There are things that just is of a very low standard. The breakfast is probably the worst hotel breakfast I have had. The hot dishes are cold, the glass and plates are greasy and the food quality is low. The shared spaces are great. Nice pool and especially the indoor pool and sauna area is fantastic. But they really have to work on the kitchen.

We stayed here for a week and we had a really good time. The hotel is really nice and has a very good location, close to everything we needed and we just walked everywhere which was really nice. The stuff is absolutely top tier, they were all so nice and details oriented. The food and drinks are really good, every night they have something special for dinner and it was really diverse. I also liked a lot that they consider the environment and use edible straws and they only clean the room every other day to reduce the waste of cleaning supply and water, very thoughtful of them. The second day of our stay it was my birthday but I did not mention that while booking, they said happy birthday to me at breakfast and later on when I got into my room there was a birthday surprise waiting for me, which was really thoughtful of them. They took care of every little situation we had, mind you this is a family hotel, I went there with my boyfriend as we do not have kids yet but kids don’t mind us, we knew it before and we don’t have a problem with that, two nights before we checked out a group of girls checked in right next to our room and I believe they thought they are somewhere else as they were really loud all night and screaming and we couldn’t sleep so naturally I called the reception to complain and the night receptionists came every time and made sure they keep quiet so the rest of the guests are able to sleep. It was really fast and did everything he could to make sure everyone is having their needs met. Lastly, when we checked out, our flight was later at night and they allowed us to stay at the pool, even let us showered and gave us a dinner invitation even tho the dinner was no longer included for us as we checked out in the morning. Overall the service was absolutely incredible and we will for sure recommend this hotel to everyone!

Myself and my best friend stayed here for the week and have had the best time. All the staff are so lovely and friendly - always saying hello and asking how we are. The entertainment is always great, and the food is different every night but with enough that you can always find something to eat. I would also recommend getting a cocktail (they are phenomenal) or two! Overall, we had an amazing stay and I look forward to coming back in the future!
