Nice hotel with a great pool. More suitable for families. A lot of kids around so not ideal for a quiet getaway. We could hear a lot of noise from the apartment next door. The balcony was smaller than I expected. Overall it was decent.

We spent a wonderful 10 days at the Portomar Apartments. We arrived late but everything was very easy. Our apartments were spotless, cleaned daily and a huge thank you Yola who helped us so much when our daughter hurt her hand. The food was very good for breakfast, fresh fruit and pastries and eggs. Meals were very good by the pool and staff were very friendly. We ate the D bar and Calipso. The pool area was cleaned every day. We loved climbing down to swim in the cove every day. We always found parking so this was not a stress during our stay. Over all, we could not recommend this hotel enough. Our kids loved playing in the pool. Common areas were very clean and lovely presentation. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday so nice.

Beautifully decorated and very clean hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff. The food is fine—not outstanding, but enjoyable. There’s no beach, the access to the ocean is cala with stair access ( as most of Mallorca ) , so water shoes are a good idea. It’s a great place for families, very kid-friendly. You can tell it’s a renovation of an older hotel, but they’ve done a lovely job. The lobby is also a great spot for working remotely as it has a beautiful ocean view a big table and quite silent . The only thing I found a bit strange is that there is no coffee machine at the kitchenette on the apartment and they rent it to you at 5 euros a day .

Overall, we’re really quite happy with our experience at the hotel! We came during off season, and parking was already not the easiest, as the hotel only has around 3/4 parking spots available. We got a room with full sea view, which was absolutely breathtaking. The facilities in itself are pretty good, the interior design is very nice, but the rooms sometimes feel a bit older and somewhat rundown. We also had some problems with ants in the room, but reception was quick to act upon this. It’s a pity that there is no direct access to the ocean, although they have great sunbeds right next to the cove. We had to walk across the rocks to be able to swim in the ocean. Personally, we don’t find that the breakfast is very worth it. There is a nice bakery just a few minutes away with awesome sandwiches and pastries for a fraction of the cost. The spa is awesome 10/10 and the gym has everything one would need for a quick workout during vacation. All in all, would recommend and would come back. The views are just incredible. We don’t have kids, but there were a lot of families, so i assume it’s great if you have kids. Big thank you to the staff!!! Everyone we talked to was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really made our stay and our vacation.

Everything is perfect, except the coffee which is included in the breakfast. The hotel is very family friendly. One of the beds was really loud so everytime you moved during sleep, you woke up by the noises of the springs in the bed.
