  This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Staying at this Wyndham hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The room was in a terrible condition: damp, uncomfortable, and with a constant, disgusting sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It felt unhealthy to stay there. This is completely unacceptable and frankly shocking for any hotel, let alone one that presents itself at this level. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent. Rooms are only cleaned once every four days, which is already unacceptable, but it gets worse they actually charge extra if you want clean towels in between. Charging guests for basic hygiene is outrageous and frankly embarrassing. The service made everything even worse. Staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed zero interest in solving any of the problems. Complaints were not taken seriously at all. This hotel fails on every basic level: cleanliness, service, and honesty. It is absolutely not worth the money, and I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place.

  Beautifully renovated hotel with spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is top and relaxing, perfect for a comfortable stay. The gym and restaurant are truly top level, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. Being just 120 meters from the golden beach of Cala Marçal makes this place absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended!

  We had the most wonderful time here. Room was spacious and the breakfast delicious and various. Nice buffet with everything for your needs. But the lovliest part of our stay was Monica. She took care of us from the welcome drink until the end of our stay. She was a like a mother for us. Please take care of her at any cost.
