  Wonderful location with stunning sea views. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean generally and the room was kept spotless on a daily basis. A great place for just walking out around the bay and stopping off for a coffee. Many good cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

  A lovely chilled short break in beautiful location. Able to watch the sunrise over the bay in the morning near the lighthouse. End of season so running on a skeleton crew of staff which sometimes means you have to be patient. Pool quiet and views magnificent. Food basic but plenty of it and plenty of choice. We were half board. €3.50 for a large beer and €2.80 for wine. If you want excitement and night life then not the place for you but if you want peace and relaxation then highly recommend. Beautiful beach easy 15min stroll.

  Simple. Sparkling clean. Quiet. Great location - Portocolom is small, beautiful, and quiet. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful, for all issues, big or small. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely return, for our next Mallorca adventure.

  Beautiful place, lovely and friendly locals. My first solo holiday and im having the best week ever. Staff in hotel are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was stunning. Beautiful views from my balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. I only missed not having tea/coffee facilities in my room but it was not a big deal when I can go downstairs and enjoy my coffee from restaurant on the terrace. Porto colom is beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel and location. I leave on 22nd Sept but dont want to go home !! Thank you all very much for a wonderful vacation. I definitely will be back xxxx

  The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. Food was varied, although kids selection limited. Evening dinks not included in the price you pay. The location is along way from anything major requiring transport. Sadly I did complain after the smell of cannabis from the adjacent room came though and while the staff were sympathetic they said they couldn’t stop smoking in private so disappointed as I though it was a NO smoking hotel and felt this was disrespectful to other guests. Overall a solid three.
