  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Stay in Alcudia with SM Holiday Properties! We had an amazing vacation in Alcudia thanks to SM Holiday Properties! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—just a few steps from the beach. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was always available to assist with anything we needed. The apartment was well-equipped with everything for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We truly appreciated the professionalism and warm hospitality of the hosts. Highly recommend booking with SM Holiday Properties for a stress-free and enjoyable holiday! We will definitely return. 😊🌴

  I would not recommend using this company if travelling to Mallorca. My family and I have been going to Mallorca using various rental companies for 20 years and these were the worst by far. The property itself was lovely in fairness. When we arrived 10 minutes early to check in time although the property was ready they were rude and difficult when asked if we could access it 10 minutes early. There was however a lack of cleaning equipment which we highlighted to them during our stay. However when we left tried to charge us for leaving in an unclean state which was simply untrue and we paid a £50 cleaning charge already. I had to make a complaint due to the owners making false allegations of theft and damage and they refused to respond and were trying to charge my family for this. They never once tried to communicate with myself and ignored all messages, calls and emails. In the end had to complain to Airbnb who took the attempt of charge away as understood it was untrue and false. There are many rental companies in Mallorca that are very helpful and worth the money, this is not one I would recommend again.

  The company's work was very well organized, they told us everything, helped us choose and book an apartment. The apartment was very clean and everything was new and tidy. They responded quickly to calls and messages. We had a great time with our big family ❤️ Thank you to the whole team 👍🏻
