  Just finished our holiday at punta del mar, absolutely loved every minute of it. Was an absolute pleasure to come to. Food & drinks were good, rooms clean and very spacious. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and so helpful. And the hotel is in such great and quiet location. Will be definitely coming back soon

  Front of house were extremely welcoming and accommodating when we arrived or had any queries. Very thoughtful gestures with a nice birthday card and chocolates. All staff were friendly, aswell as all the other people staying at the hotel that we spoke with. Room was lovely and would recommend watching the sunset atleast once from the blue bar

  I’m leaving this hotel with a very bad taste and a feeling of being completely disappointed. Paying 2,000€ for such poor service feels like a joke. • Pool towels are changed only once every few days, not daily as any normal hotel should do. On top of that, you need tickets for towels. The pool opens at 8:30, yet towels are only handed out at 9:30 — and even though the staff member was there, she still refused to give them earlier. Absolutely ridiculous. • The room looks nothing like the pictures they advertise. A clear case of misleading guests. • The “sea access” in their photos is a lie — you actually have to walk quite a bit to get there. For this kind of money, you expect comfort and honesty. Instead, you get cut corners, fake pictures, and a constant feeling that you’ve been tricked. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel and even this area altogether. One thing is certain: I will never repeat this experience.

  It was our first time at this hotel and we really liked it. The entrance hall with the view is really great, as are the views from the rooms and the pool. The service is also very friendly and courteous. We were given an upgrade on arrival, which was of course a very positive surprise. There are also various sporting activities on offer. The breakfast has a large selection and is very tasty. They always vary the hot dishes a little. A big plus point is the many options for vegetarians and vegans, which of course I really appreciated. There are also gluten-free options. The only thing that was perhaps not ideal were the sunbeds and sunbeds. On a beautiful sunny day, we unfortunately didn't have any space on the sunbeds, which was of course a shame. The sunbeds are very comfortable in themselves, but the wind always blew the roof off because it was connected with Velcro. Perhaps a different connection technique should be used. All in all, we had a very nice and relaxing holiday and I would come back again.
