  Nice experience with the whole family. We felt safe every single day with our daughters and we enjoied the familiar services. All the people that were working here did their best to let us feel welcome at every request. Rooms could be better but they are good enough, if you are looking at a good standard. Prices are really competitive. We loved the baby dance in the evening. We suggest this place to all families without any doubt.

  We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us every time we saw them. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The food was good and varied, and the pool area was greatly appreciated by our little boy. The rooms were spacious and had a large balcony where the children could run around and play. We will definitely come back 🙂 The hotel is very well located, close to many places — near the harbor, a shopping mall, and a Mercadona. There is also a very nice café just around the corner.

  Fabulous location, fantastic quality of both rooms and resort. Rooms are quite big and surprisingly comfortable beds! Lots of food choices and lots of variety every night. Entertainment is great and pools were excellent. Will definitely be back again!

  Our stay at this hotel in Tenerife was absolutely wonderful. The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always making everything easy and stress-free. This is very important especially while traveling with children. The hotel was clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

  The hotel is wery good for people with kids of all ages. A littlebit far a way from the beach, but we did not mind. The beds are comfortable and the room is good, we had a large balcony. We have stayed there a few times 🥰
