  Comfortable clean room, had a large room on floor 7 worth the money for extra space as have stayed before in standard room which was fine but nicer to have more space. Friendly staff, had a broken toilet which was fixed within half an hour. Food is ok, don't expect much for the price, we had toast, hash browns, pastries and coffee every morning. Excellent location, plenty of bars, restaurants and beach over the road. Really good value for money, will definitely be back.

  I stayed at Tent Palmanova Hotel and I’m writing this because I was truly disappointed with the service. During our entire stay, our towels and bed sheets were never changed, even though we were told at check-in that they would be replaced every four days. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, they told me to leave the towels on the floor so the cleaning staff would replace them but they never did. We only got two new towels after my husband personally went down to reception and the receptionist handed them over himself, even though we had already asked several times before. On Friday, I asked about the possibility of a late check-out, and the receptionist told me there was no problem, that it cost €60, and to confirm it on the day of departure. However, when I went to pay, they told me it wasn’t possible because “no rooms were available.” To make things worse, they require a cash deposit for towels, but when I asked for towels to shower in their so-called “courtesy bathroom” (which is actually just the pool bathroom), they gave me two without asking for any deposit. Overall, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel the cleanliness and customer service are far below expectations.

  Honestly, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at for the price. I visited during the off-season and got a great deal at $64 a night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was incredible, with everything from hash browns and sausages to churros and pastries, and the pool was great too. It’s within easy walking distance of the local supermarket and several beaches, and there’s also a nearby bus stop with service to the airport.

  Great place, great price. Simple room with simple bedding but no complaints, the staff make the bed every day. The free brunch till 1.30 is great and the brunch room is very modern design and laid back. Location is perfect 👍👍

  This is a nice hotel, in a good location with lovely staff. The rooms are modern and comfortable however they are small with little room to put your clothes. The pool area is well maintained and is a comfortable place to relax. The big problem with this hotel is the quality of the food being served. I have stayed in many Spanish resort hotels and the quality of the food for their breakfast/ lunch buffet was of a very low quality. I spoke to other guests and they all agreed with this also.
