  If you are looking for the magaluf life this is the perfect place for you but if your coming on holiday as a family I would really not recommend this hotel and also if you value your sleep at night. We stayed for 10 nights and hardly slept any of the them nights due to the noise of people screaming and shouting all night chairs being moved about all night from upstairs people walking by our room all night and then people thinking its funny to ring the door bell and run off at all times of night and then playing loud music at stupid o'clock in the morning. The positives the staff are really nice and accommodating and the room was always kept clean and tidy by the room service staff we had an issue with the a/c and they had it fixed within the hour of mentioning it. The food was a bit hit and miss breakfast was good but afternoon meals were not to our tastes. If your going to go for a party best hotel for its location if your going with your family and young children I would choose somewhere else

  We are having a fantastic stay at Palmanova Suites TRH. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping impressed us with their attention to detail – they noticed an issue with our floor that we hadn’t even picked up on ourselves, immediately informed us, and the team moved us to another room straight away without any fuss. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were so helpful. The location is excellent, with a Spar supermarket right next door and plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

  DO NOT STAY HERE! I wish that I'd read the other reviews here before reserving on Booking.com! The Staff are rude and the feel of the place is not of one as if you are on holiday. The room we were allocated was in need of restoration, there were tears and holes in the furniture, the Toilet wasn't fixed to the floor, Cockroaches coming out of the Plug holes and worst of all was the constant stream of noise of youths passing outside the room in the corridor at night - Reception staff insistent that it's in the street, but on night 2 I actually stood outside our room to observe where the noise was coming from. I mean... I wasn't getting any sleep anyway! We had requested to move rooms after the first night and were met with a promise of "Come back in the morning and we'll move you". I've now learnt from the other reviews here that this is merely an empty promise to temporarily deal with the problem from their side. We moved to a proper hotel on morning 3 which I have to say was exceptional. Yet rated the same 4 Stars! And wait for it... the reply to my review from TRH management... The same generic drool as with all the other reviews! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TRH!.... IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

  Don't stay here if you are a family or want any sleep. We stayed here with our 2 children who are 3 & 8. It is full of youngsters who would turn their noses up when my son would splash around in the pool. We saw about 2 other families within the week we stayed there. It should be advertised as an adult only. We ended up spending a fortune being out everyday as we didn't want to be at the hotel which was a shame and massive expense. The bedroom backs onto the road which means you won't get any sleep from 1-6am sometimes even later!!! We were exhausted!!!! I understand that it is near the strip but the rooms really need to be a bit more sound proofed it was ridiculous. I have stayed in this area multiple times from a little girl and have never experienced noise like this, other hotel soundproof their rooms. Was also massively on edge as when we arrived someone was complaining that their phone had been stolen, I then looked at recent reviews and there were more staying their rooms had been broken into. Our sliding door to the balcony didn't lock when we arrived, we had to spend the first night with this unlocked as it was 'too late to fix'. Massively let down which is such a shame seeing as we paid well over 2.5k for this holiday.

  I have had to write a review after reading so many bad reviews.. I have just come back from my daughters Hen party- There was 10 of us mixed ages between 31 and 58 and we read the reviews before we came, and were really worried about our upcoming stay- BUT it was nothing like the bad reviews we had read. The hotel was modern, very clean, the rooms were lovely with comfy beds, spotless clean bathroom - good size rooms - lovely The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was 14 euros each but plenty of choice and very nice food. We were expecting the pool area to be noisy and loud with younger guests- there was some music paying but not too loud and we found it to be a nice relaxing atmosphere. The pool bar sold drinks at good prices and nice food at lunchtime. Location is great only about 5 minutes walk to everything. Cardiac Hill was nothing to worry about ( i am 57 with a back issue- and i found it fine, albiet a slow walk up!) We did hear some people coming in about 4am one morning, but it was only a bit of laughter and was only one night and nothing too disturbing. There are safety deposit boxes you can rent for your room, and you can rent beach towels for 20 euros, which is refunded when you hand them back. I had a vision in my head when we read some reviews, and i have had to write a review as i wouldn't have booked this hotel after reading some of the reviews, and it was nothing like we had expected, I would definately stay here again. We had a great time.
