  We had an overall good stay. The hotel seems pretty new (or is renovated well) and is in great condition, unlike a lot of other holiday hotels. The room and hallways were also always clean. The pool is also well maintained. The beach is about 5-10 mins walk, and there are several small stores in the vicinity of the hotel. So overall everything was better than expectations other than a couple of downsides. There was no kids program or any kind of children's entertainment. This was a bit of an issue for as to constantly try to invent something on our own. There are also no proper playgrounds in the entite area (there are a couple of small ones for kids maybe until 4 years old). The second thing we didn't like was the dinner quality. While there was decent choice in the buffet, some of the things lacked quality (undercooked, overcooked, or too oily). This happened to us on several days. There are also no drinks included in the dinner buffet, not even water. While there is a water machine that is open for breakfast, they turn it off for dinner (I'd assume on purpose so people pay for drinks). I understand if they want to charge for other drinks, but turning off the water machine felt a step bit too far especially when no drinks included policy is not clearly stated at the time of booking the accommodation (probably included in some small footnote but that's not real transparency). The internet speed is pretty slow (around 3mbps) but that seems to be a thing in the whole area with even 5G phone connection giving little internet speed.

  2025 was my 4th summer vacation at Hotel Vista Park and I am still having a good time here. The whole facility is very clean and smells fresh the whole day. The buffet has a great selection of fresh food. The service team is kind and helpful. The hotel has a family atmosphere. Calm, no party people. Also ideal for single travellers. The location is very good because you have the nice and quiet beach of Son Bauló in max. 5 minutes walk, small supermarkets, some restaurants. At Son Bauló beach dogs are not allowed but 5 minutes from Son Bauló there is an exclusive beach to go with dogs. Walking 10 minutes from the hotel you will reach the bus station with busses to Can Picafort/Alcudia (324), Palma (302) and Airport (A32). The hotel offers a clean pool, small fitness room, billard table. All rooms have a balcony and a mini-bar.

  We had nice family vacation here despite there were almost no families with kids. Hotel and apartment were clean, staff was very nice. Dinner menu was changing every evening. What I didn’t like was the accessibility of drinkable water. Water was for free only for breakfast, for dinner it had to be purchased although we had half board paid. Water in the apartment tasted as if it would be mixed with baking powder hence not usable for drinking nor cooking. In matter of fact not even for mouth wash after brushing teeth.

  This should be a 4 plus star hotel. Everything is super starting from the staff, location, cleanliness and food. They offered an upgrade for us as a family of 4 and we are staying at the Apartmentos located in front of the hotel What can I say, so practical with kids. Food is excellent. Its just 4 minutes by foot to Sao Baulo beach which is very nice and convenient for kids

  Great hotel, I recommend staying! It should be 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ + quiet, close to the beach, delicious food, very clean rooms, nice service, gym, ping pong and billiard room. Pool bar and in the evening musical evenings -no even water for dinner, all drinks paid
