Nice hotel close to the city center. Bus station 5 minutes close. Good connection with Barcelona airport. Parking available (fee). Nice room but no free set such razor and slippers. Good quality of breakfast. Fitness room and nice rooftop. Meeting room available.
Stayed at this hotel for two nights last week. A good location for walking to the sights. Room was clean and staff was efficient and cordial.
What you would expect from the Marriott brand. We arrived in the afternoon and were greeted by wonderful, friendly and professional front desk staff member. The room is clean with kettle to boil water for coffee/tea. We were a little "freaked out" lol by the bathroom sink as it is clear glass and you can see down to the floor - that was a new one for us lol. AC hotel Tarragona is located close to the start of the Rambla Nova and puts you within walking distance of the amazing historical sites here in Tarragona. Have no regrets in choosing to stay at the AC hotel Tarragona!!
Typical Marriott. The front desk was terrific She made suggestions of what to and do in Tarragona. She took pride in her city and it was nice to see.
Very poor reception. We waited for nearly 30 minutes while no extra staff were called to help the single receptionist. Food is ok. The rooms don’t have tea or coffee facility. Otherwise the rooms are quiet and comfortable. On the backside the rooms face the park which is a nice view. The entrance to the park is just around the corner and is a very nice feature for walks away from the traffic. One very strange feature of should I say lack of feature is the absence of a ground floor wheelchair accessible toilet.
