  We enjoyed our stay here. The room was an excellent size & very clean. We were welcomed by a friendly agent on the front desk who was very helpful. The buffet breakfast had an good selection of hot & cold items. It was very busy so getting a seat at a clean table wasn't easy but that's normal for hotel breakfasts. The pool was nice & had plenty of seating / lounges. We don't normally get room service but we were exhausted from travelling all day. Food was great value for money & arrived in an excellent time. Would stay again

  We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The dinner was surprisingly good. Breakfast was also superb. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to our overall comfort. We enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

  I will give my opinion regarding this hotel. I've been a tour driver for 24 years! I can say that we always make a report giving feedback regarding the hotel and the service provided. Regarding the rooms to be a 4-star hotel it is very bad (lack of hygiene) because I went to take a bath only after taking a shower I noticed that there was no shower gel, it was empty, I reported it at the reception and the reception lady was not at all friendly. The room had a lot of dust on the furniture. As for table service, I give 5 stars. With best regards

  DO NOT BE FOOLED by the 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on the entrance, (though the lobby looks very nice) when checked-in the rooms were hot and unventilated (room about 23-24C with ventilation system OFF while outside was 16°C). Next one was the wifi connection of the room - the room was so far in the end of the hall (right above the Volvo dealer and Autokolecció) that after retrying straight for 2-3 hours, "tarraco-park" had "No Internet Connection" in room #259, the "Tarraco Park" had a completely different password, which wasn't revealed to us . Be aware. Well obviously the Internet is A MUST during the business trips, The bed and bath were ok, Breakfast was also good .

  I Travel professionally around the world for more than 12 years, during this period I have had the pleasure of spending time in many hotels nevertheless this hotel, and more specifically its manager deserve to be called the worst customer service I have encountered. After check-in it turned out that the restaurant was closed, so tired from a whole day of travel I ordered food from the app. When I asked for a fork, then the manager of this hotel firmly refused me, claiming that "can not rent cutlery for the room". I have never encountered such a cynical manager before. I strongly advise everyone against this hotel, until the manager is replaced at least
