  Amazing staff, so serviceminded and professional. They made me feel like five stars too : ). Beautiful hotel, balcony overlooking the roman amphitheater and the sea. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, lovely decor, nice sauna, and actually very good value for money! Poolarea looked gorgeous, however we traveled out of season. Some small things gave room for improvment, such as slight smell of sewage in bathroom areas, sound proofing not so great and lack of kettle in room (coffe mashine though!).

  excellent all around and we will be back. 2 things, hotels and indeed this one, have to stop with the bathroom doors that don't close properly and the semi transparent doors that don't give privacy. No one likes this design. Dinner at the restaurant had a nice service from the ladies but not everything that came out was great

  Great hotel! Loved our stay here and wished we had more days there. Staff so friendly. Room is clean, updated and stocked. Awesome view of the sea and Roman Amphitheatre.

  Comfortable hotel in an excellent location with perfect views. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Pools were clean with multiple loungers. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Service was let down by bar staff and waiting staff. We were a party of eight and would like to have met on the roof to bar each evening for a drink before going out but gave up after the second night as the two sometimes three staff completely ignored us. When trying to get a drink and lunch for two people to have by the pool downstairs the first time no staff could be found. Eventually we ordered but condiments requested arrived after lunch was finished. Three of our party tried again on another day and were told to go to the rooftop bar for orders where again service was extremely slow and they had to take the food/ drinks to the downstairs pool themselves. There were conferences/ weddings going on during our stay which seemed to take all the staff but I would expect a hotel of this calibre to staff accordingly so that hotel guests still receive a good quality of service. So, an excellent hotel let down by bar/ waiting staff.

  We stayed in the hotel in February 2024 with the purpose of seeing Tarragona and visit Monastery of Poblet. It worked out beautifully, the hotel was a great base, very comfortable and in an excellent location. Everything was super - the comforts of the room, the bed, the bathroom. We took a suite on the higher floor. The views were tremendous, on the sea, amphitheater, old city. It is in a walking distance to the Cathedral and the historic center and it is easy to drive from the hotel because it has its own parking. This parking was a bit tight but manageable. The breakfast was quite good too. If we come again to Tarragona, we'll stay only there. Highly recommend!
