The hotel was very close to the seafront and my room had a sea view. The immediate surroundings were very busy and built up with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The beach nearest was fine but the prettier beaches were a walk away along the promenade. The front of the hotel was directly onto a busy street with steps leading up to the entrance. To find the ramp you had to walk along the road to reach it. Once inside there was a beautiful lobby and very welcoming reception. Quite a contrast to outside! The staff are very attentive and offered a glass of cava and I was helped to my room which was a very nice. The food at the buffet was fantastic and a great selection, especially breakfast.
This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the rooms are modern & clean. The staff are friendly & helpful. I had breakfast every morning & there was a great choice ( I'm vegetarian) . There were lovely small but thoughtful touches like water containers infused with fresh fruit. I really enjoyed my stay here .
Arrived at the hotel, reception was bright and clean staff were friendly and efficient. My room was 208 it was clean and comfortable although the floor covering wasn’t fitted correctly and really need some attention, The bathroom was clean and modern with a powerful shower. From the balcony I could see the sea which was nice. I stayed bed and breakfast, breakfast was buffet style and nothing out of the ordinary plenty of choice Fresh Fruit, Pastry’s, Cereal plus a hot selection and omelettes cooked to order. The pool area was large and well kept and I never had a problem getting a Sunbed. Food at the pool bar was delicious. During my stay I had a fall it happened to be a bank holiday all the pharmacies were closed but I have to say the hotel reception staff were brilliant Louisa ( I hope I have her name right ) couldn’t do enough for me and provided sterile water and Iodine to clean my wounds along with gauze and bandages at no charge .
Really nice hotel. Hard-working friendly staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Comfy clean rooms. Some rooms get very little sun particularly in winter. It’s right in the heart of Adeje so it’s lively and can be noisy but that’s to be expected for the location. In January it quietened down about 10.30. Entertainment programme quite good. Unrelated to the hotel itself, Adeje is very touristy and getting a bit tacky tbh with nothing authentic. Good for sun, food, drinking and activities but nothing cultural if that’s what you’re after. We did have a good time here.
This was our second stay at AluaSoul Costa Adeje, and once again every member of staff was amazing — friendly, supportive, and extremely helpful. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. We stayed in a My Favourites room and made good use of the complimentary areas, which were generally well stocked with drinks and snacks. On a couple of occasions, some items were missing or running low. However, there were noticeably more guests spending extended time there on this visit, which likely explains the reduced stock. Now that the patio area has opened, it’s even more enjoyable, encouraging guests to stay longer. It might be worth considering a beer pump rather than bottled beer to help manage stock levels. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with daily maid service, which was very much appreciated. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though catering for large numbers does come with its challenges. Some items had been sitting out for a while and were a little stale or hard. Once I switched to freshly made omelettes, which were excellent, this wasn’t an issue. There are a few areas that could be improved. The selection of fresh bread was lovely, and allowing guests to cut their own is a nice idea. However, I did have some concerns about hygiene, as there was quite a bit of coughing around the area, which made the self-service bread cutting feel less hygienic than it could be. The only real complaint I have is about the juices. On our previous visit, there were real fruit juices, which I really enjoyed with breakfast. This time, they were all cordials, which don’t compare in taste. I also noticed that not many guests were drinking them. I understand the need to manage costs, but this change was disappointing. Would I come back? Absolutely yes. However, I may choose room-only next time and enjoy breakfast at one of the many nearby bars, restaurants, and cafés. Overall, I fully recommend this hotel.
