We were suprised by the beauty of this resort. Very beautifully set up like a small stylish village, beautiful plants and special palm trees everywhere, the Los Olivos pool seems to be heated, we went swimming every day! The appartments are very royal in size, a small entry hall, bathroom, bedroom, living and kitchen, balcony. The biggest surprise to us was the large roof terrace with a view over de village and the sea. Ideal for watching romatic sunsets. Also free airconditioning in every room! We had free access to the gym, used their underground car park for our rental car (for a small daily fee of course). That was a comfortable place for it. Never having to worry where to park. Only negative point is the watersupply, yes, the shower water was nice and hot, but the waterpressure in our apt. was extremely low. Sometimes just dripping after flushing the toilet. All in all, a very positive advise for any future guests to stay here in the future.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here. We stayed in a junior suite, which was lovely, nice and clean. We stayed B&B. No complaints at all with the breakfast. Plenty to choose from. Ideal location, close to beach, plenty of bars and restaurants. We had no problems with any of the reception staff, even the bald, spectacle wearing man that a few on reviews have mentioned that he was rude. Unless it's a different one, or someone's had a word with him!! The only staff we found really rude was a female that worked in the pool bar!! My god what a scary lady that was!!! She was sat outside the bar area vaping, myself and some people went up to the bar where she, plus one other member of staff chose to ignore us. Eventually after about 5/10 mins she shouted over to tell us she was on her break, rolling her eyes and clearly talking/moaning about us. Like we knew, no sign of any closure for break time, she could have put shutters down!! Put us off approaching her again!! Heard a few people say the same. Hence a star knocked off for service. Apart from her, no complaints at all.

Me and my sister had a really lovely stay here. would definitely recommend. Food was mostly okay could have been a little better and the rooms were quite humid and we found it hard to cool down but was out most of the day anyway, rooms itself was clean and the cleaners often came in to change bedding and refresh towels. The location itself was great, very close to everything you need. Multiple pools with lots of free sunbeds along with a beautiful sky bar with a glass pool this specifically was a massive highlight for us! Staff where always very helpful and kind would 100% come back

The middle aged man with glasses at the front desk was very rude!! We asked for some instructions and wasn't helpfull at all, short answers, one word at a max. Until we got there, we didn't know this place is a mix between privately owned villas and "hotel", and we booked our stay on a separate website, not the beach resort. This person clearly knew this was the case and was just not helpfull at all. The location is great as you can walk anywhere, but the place isn't that nice. I have not seen a single staff member helping with bags, I mean there was A LOT of old people here and you could see they were struggling - we helped a few of them! - but the staff, couldnt care less. There's a much better villas right next to this one if you can afford.

Do not stay in this hotel. Worst hotel experience we have had. Me & my partner had our holiday booked from January, to stay the start of September. As many people we worked hard all year to pay for it and have been looking forward to it all year long. Upon arrival, we approached the male receptionist (bald with glasses) and were hit with a cold welcome. Gave us our room number and shown us on a map where it was. Dragged our cases up hill to our room and instantly I burst into tears. The room was appalling. Tiny, live wires sticking out from the ceiling, no plugs working. Managed to get a room change through Jet2 which was much better. We then payed for our safe on the second day as reception wouldn’t let us do it on arrival (found that weird). €20 to pay and €20 deposit. When we were checking out, we took our room keys and safe key back to reception. The receptionist (different to the one we had on check in) told us our safe deposit wasn’t logged so we won’t be getting it back! I said to her “how would we have a safe key if we hadn’t paid for it?” She responded with “we sometimes give them out” ? So some people get them for free and others have to pay €40!? We was appalled I know it’s only €20 but they already had a lot of money out of us and it is the principle of it! We had to go for our transfer then so didn’t have time to take it any further but it’s safe to say we would not be returning even if someone paid us!! I think the owner of the hotel needs to have a rethink about the staff they have on their reception (besides Bradley I think his name was. The British guy, he was lovely and helpful). Rude attitudes and robbing tendencies. I’ve seen another review about someone being robbed too. Looks like it’s not just Veronica’s strip where you need to hide your belongings. Do not make the same mistake as us.
