  4.5 week stay Location sets these apartments apart from others. It is centrally located to everything - beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops etc all 2 to 5 min walk. It is on a really quiet cul de sac. If you want a gym there is Alpha Gym at the open end of the cul-de-sac. You cannot hear any noise day or night other than the sea and birds tweeting in the garden next door. It is unbelievable considering this place is so close to everything. Room 202 gets the sun all day from noon until sunset but apartment inside stays cool. Huge balcony with views of the sea at the front and Mount Teide to the side. There are only about 12 apartments with an outdoor pool, washing machine downstairs and everything you need in the apartment. Definitely felt at home. The staff are amazing and helped with anything needed. We had a microwave on request. Spotless apartment and building. Very light and airy. Great walk in large shower. His and hers sinks. Comfortable bed. Double sofa bed in lounge area but the sofa itself is comfortable to sleep on. Air conditioning and heating Enough storage space for things. We felt safe and secure here - I would come here as a solo traveller. Communication about check in was fantastic - getting codes to access the building and apartment. Inside you then have your passes. Suggestions and what to consider if staying here: 1. Maybe have a blind to cover the frosted window between lounge and bedroom with a curtain to cover the opening - if 2 people want to spend time in the different areas of the apartment. I felt like I was at home and redesigning lol! 2. Cushioned sunbeds rather than lounge chairs on the balcony and around the pool. The current ones are not comfortable so we didn't go to the pool much. Whilst the balcony is lovely there are no cushions to lie on. 3. If staying for a while bring T- Towels, dishcloths etc. Be prepared to buy cleaning products, kitchen rolls, toilet rolls etc whilst here which can be picked up in local supermarkets. The apartments are self catering. Bedding and towels changed every few days but no cleaning service. There is a hoover and mop with bucket downstairs by the washing machine for customer use. 4. Streaming apps on TV like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. No UK channels on TV other than news ones if anyone from the UK is looking to stay. 5. Doors closing from other apartments can be noisy and you can hear people walking around. On the whole though it was ok - only a few times did it go on into the early hours. I would highly recommend BAL Apartments and will definitely come back to see the BAL Family!

  Great apartaments, new, looked after. Location is great - enough far away from all the noise but close to everything needed - atm, shops, clubs, sea, restaurants... Great terrace space, never windy, always sunny. Clean, spacious and plenty of parking soace around if you get a car.

  Quiet neighborhood, still in vibrant part of Playa de Las Americas. Easy check in via electronic door lock, then using magnetic cards. We haven't seen hosts or personnel during our stay. The pool is quite small and we haven't seen anyone using it, even though it looked very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. We didn't like sliding glass door on the bathroom. A/C in the apartment was pleasant surprise, you often don't get one on Tenerife.

  This place was ideal for what we wanted - Excellent apartment and location. The only complaint I have is that the shower was too good… I ended up wasting a lot of my holiday in there because of its pressure and water volume. I’d get one installed in my house in the UK but my water bills would be astronomical!

  I loved these apartments. Spacious for two epole, very clean, modern, tidy and in such a great location. One min walk to beach and 30 secs to nearest restaurant. We will definitely book again ☺️
