Great location, walking distance to everything you need. Tonnes of hotel parking. Loved the various evening entertainment and activities. Caters for everyone. Didnt try the pool but believe its heated so sounds great. Best of all is the large terrace with our apartment for sunbathing and relaxing. Apartment is a great size and perfect for families… brilliant place. Even has a large library if you want to read whilst sunbathing.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and it was beautiful. Our room exceeded our expectations, very spacious and has a nice balcony. The staff were very professional and helpful. Great value for money!

We loved stopping here! The one bed apartment on the 2nd floor was perfect for our needs. Room was cleaned daily and staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were out and about exploring so really only used this as a base, although we did eat breakfast there twice and it was reasonably priced and very tasty. The apartments are in a great location, steps down to the beach and main area right outside the entrance, lovely to walk down, but its a long way back up! We often jumped a cab up from town centre, it was never more than 5 or 6 euros. If you fancy a wander up the hill, the famous Agatha Christie steps are just opposite the entrance too, great views along there! All in all, we had a fabulous time, would we stop at Casablanca again? 100% Yeah! 🙂👍 and thank you so much for the welcome wine! 🍷🙂

Had an amazing stay at Apartamentos Casablanca Puerto de la Cruz! 🌴✨ The experience was delightful, and the service was top-notch. I couldn't believe the great value for money we got! The only thing I’d rate a bit lower was the variety of menu choices in the restaurent can be increased but overall, it was fantastic. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

(First week of December 2025) Really nice apartment complex which has an overall colonial appearance. Reception, lounge, bar, restaurant and terrace areas are pleasant, clean and comfortable. Pool and sun terrace areas are nicely arranged. All staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable with a kitchen area complete with everything needed for self catering. A negative being the t.v. position at right angles to the sofa made an awkward viewing position. Bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and comfortable beds (two singles aligned together as typical for holiday hotels). We took the B&B option and the breakfasts are really nice chosen from various options off a set menu served to your table so no need for the buffet style bun fight. Lunches and evening meals available at reasonable prices and drinks from the bar also well priced. The balcony was spacious with views of the sea, a negative being that we were on the shaded side of the building so no sunshine reached it (probably a good thing in the heat of the summer). Also, unluckily, some building work opposite was quite noisy. The aparthotel is on higher ground than the township which is a ten minute walk downhill (or steps) and a bit longer and more strenuous coming back. We (OAP’s) managed fine but there’s always a ten bob taxi option if necessary. No A/C or heating but neither needed at this temperate time of year. Mini-market right next door or large well stocked Mercadona and shopping mall at bottom of hill to satisfy shopaholics. Would we come again?? Yes but try for a different part of the building.
